EXPERT TEAMS FINISHED TALKS FINAL WORD ABOUT SERBIA-MONTENEGRO RELATIONS TO POLITICIANS
Podgorica - Talks of expert teams about relations between Serbia and Montenegro finished in Belgrade and it is widely expected that the final word about their reports will give the highest political authorities of the two republics of Yugoslavia. Expert groups for security, defense, foreign policy, economic and monetary issues, adopted joint reports, while the group for constitutional and legal issues has not reached compromise on any point. The group will submit two different reports. The highest state functionaries of Montenegro and Serbia will meet in the middle of this month - it has been announced in Podgorica. CHIEF OF MONTENEGRIN DIPLOMACY: ONLY POLITICIANS CAN DECIDE WHAT TO DO NEXT Podgorica - Reports of expert teams are not supposed to solve problems, but to be a base for political decisions on ways and options for arrangement of relations between Serbia and Montenegro - Montenegrin Chief of diplomacy Branko Lukovac said. Only highest political figures of two republics can now decide, taking into account reports of three expert teams, what should be done next - he clarified. He expects the meeting of Serbian and Montenegrin political leaders in the next half of this month in Podgorica. MONTENEGRIN CENTRAL BANK THERE ARE 55 MILLION EURO IN MONTENEGRO Podgorica - After the latest delivery of 25 million euros by German Commerce Bank, there are more then 55 million euros in Montenegro. Montenegrin Central Bank ( MCB ) has paid just minimum fee for conversion of Deutsche Marks in euros - the chief economist of MCB Dragana Ostojic said. in Montenegrin EKSPERTSKI TIMOVI ZAVRSILI RAZGOVORE O ODNOSIMA CRNE GORE I SRBIJE ZAVRSNU RIJEC DACE POLITICARI Podgorica - Razgovori tri ekspertska tima o odnosima Crne Gore i Srbije zavrsene su sinoc u Beogradu, a zavrsnu rijec o njihovim izvjestajima dace politicari Crne Gore i Srbije. Ekspertske grupe za spoljne poslove, bezbjednost, odbranu i za ekonomska i monetarna pitanja usaglasile su zajednicke izvjestaje, dok ekspertska grupa za ustavno-pravna pitanja nije postigla saglasnost, tako da ce se iz te oblasti podnijeti dva izvjestaja. Nakon ekspertske rasprave, prema ranijim najavama, najvisi drzavni funkcioneri Crne Gore i Srbije sastace se polovinom ovog mjeseca. Crnogorski ministar inostranih poslova je rekao da je na politickim liderima da razmotre izvjestaje ekspertskih grupa i da ocijene sta treba dalje raditi. Lukovac je izrazio ocekivanja da ce se crnogorski i srbijanski politicari sastati u drugoj polovini ovog mjeseca u Podgorici.
