IVANISEVIC ABOUT YESTERDAY'S TALKS IN BRUSSELS
WE WILL NOT GIVE UP FROM THE EURO AND OUR OWN CUSTOMS

PODGORICA-  Yesterday's talks in Brussels were "consultative and did not
resulted any conclusions or recommendations"- Montenegrin Minister of
Finance and a member of the Montenegrin experts team for economic and
monetary issues Miroslav Ivanisevic said in his interview to Podgorica's
daily "Vijesti".

Ivanisevic said that the Montenegrin experts' team did not give up from
its own customs service and the Euro, as the official currency.

Different economic systems of Montenegro and Serbia include different
levels of protection of the two markets and different customs rates. -
Ivanisevic asserted.

SOLUTION POSTPONEMENT-ENDANGERS THE MONTENEGRINS RIGHTS

PODGORICA- The only and the best solution for current political
situation in Montenegro is fast implementation of reforms- Ambassador of
Great Britain in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY) Charles
Crawford and Montenegrin Parliament President Vesna Perovic concluded in
their yesterday's talks.

Crawford visited Herceg Novi, where he met with representatives of the
local government of this Montenegrin coastal city. 

 
EUROEPAN COMMISSION PRESIDENT'S ADVISER MICHAEL VENINGER
EUROPE SUPERVISES SITUATION IN MONTENEGRO

PODGORICA- Solution of the Montenegrin state-legal status depends on
negotiations between Podgorica and Belgrade authorities- European
commission President Adviser Michale Veninger said, participating in the
lectures on the subject "Future of the European Union (EU) and
Southeastern Europe", organized by the Montenegrin University.

If both sides reach a positive outcome in their negotiations, then
Europe will also support their decision- Veninger said.

Expressing his belief in the Montenegrin future, Veninger pointed out
that investments of the Montenegrins, living and working abroad, would
highly stimulate the Montenegrin economy development.

Podgorica - Jucerasnji razgovori u Briselu bili su "konsultativnog
karaktera i nijesu imali nikakve zakljucke niti preporuke" - izjavio je
za podgoricke "Vijesti" crnogorski ministar finansija Miroslav
Ivanisevic, inace clan crnogorskog ekspertskog tima za ekonomska i
monetarna pitanja. 

Ivanisevic je rekao da crnogorski ekspertski tim nije odustao od zasebne
carine i eura, kao sredstva placanja. 

Razlicitost ekonomskog sistema Crne Gore i Srbije podrazumijeva
razlicite nivoe zastite ta dva trzista i ukljucuje razlicite carinske
stope - ocijenio je Ivanisevic.

ODLAGANJE RJESENJA - UGROZAVA INTERESE GRADJANA CRNE GORE

Podgorica - Jedino pravo rjesenje trenutne politicke situacije u Crnoj
Gori je brzi ulazak u reforme - konstatovali su u jucerasnjem razgovoru
ambasador Velike Britanije u Saveznoj Republici Jugoslaviji (SRJ) Carls
Kroforda i predsjednik crnogorskog parlamenta Vesna Perovic. 

Kroford je boravio i u Herceg Novom, gdje je razgovarao sa
predstavnicima lokalne samouprave tog crnogorskog primorskog grada.

EVROPA PRATI ZBIVANJA U CRNOJ GORI

Podgorica - Rjesenje drzavno-pravnog statusa Crne Gore zavisi od
pregovora Podgorice i Beograda - rekao je savjetnik predsjednika
Evropske komisije Majkl Veninger, ucestvujuci u predavanju na temu
"Buducnost Evropske unije (EU) i jugoistocne Evrope, koji je organizovao
Univerzitet Crne Gore. 

Ako rezultati tih pregovora budu prihvatljivi za obje strane, onda ce to
pozdraviti i Evropa - kazao je Veninger. 

Izrazavajuci optimizam za buducnost Crne Gore, Veninger je istakao da bi
ulaganje kapitala, koji su stekli crnogorski gradjani u inostranstvo
predstavljalo snazan stimulans za razvoj crnogorske ekonomije.
