MONTENEGRIN PRESIDENT MILO DJUKANOVIC ABOUT NEGOTIATIONS IN BRUSSELS MONTENEGRIN SUGGESTION IS BASED ON INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED MONTENEGRO
PODGORICA- I am satisfied with outcome of the talks in Brussels, since the Montenegrin experts have got one more chance to promote idea, or better to say advantages of this model of an alliance of two independent states- Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic said. The only aim of Montenegro is to realize model by which the European Union (EU) is functioning, which is gaining Montenegrin sovereignty with a full cooperation with Serbia and other states in the region - Djukanovic explained ideas presented in Brussels. Montenegrin President said that the experts had created conditions to continue a dialog, which has to be finished by the end of February and expressed optimism in reaching an agreement with Serbia, in which internationally legal subjectivity of Montenegro is priority. If there will be no agreement in Brussels, Montenegro will continue with a dialog within its Republic and assumptions that through a democratic, transparent and constitutional way the status of the state will be solved. - Djukanovic said. VICE PRESIDENT OF THE MONTENEGRIN GOVERNMENT ZARKO RAKCEVIC ABOUT TALKS IN BRUSSELS FEDERATION WOULD REMOVE MONTENEGRO FROM EUROPEAN INTEGRATION PODGORICA - I doubt that return to "functional federation" is the most efficient key for including Montenegro in the European integration - Vice President of the Montenegrin government Zarko Rakcevic said on the occasion of experts talks recently held in Brussels. On the contrary "return to federation would be for Montenegro return to past and remove of the European integration", Rakcevic said, since in that case Montenegro should get back the dinar, as official currency, high customs rates, protected market. According to Rakcevic this would mean return to the system of state and public property, which could make harder people travelling and goods import and export, capital circulation. The Montenegrin government has dedicated a great attention preparing thoroughly monetary, financial, tax and customs systems, following instructions and rules of the European union (EU), so that adjusting of the system to Serbian developing priorities is not in interest of the Montenegrins- Rakcevic concluded. VUJANOVIC, CRAWFORD AND LUKOVAC MET EXCHANGE OF OPINIONS ABOUT NEGOTIATIONS BETWEEN PODGORICA AND BELGRADE PODGORICA- The present situation in Montenegro and negotiating processes about redefinition of Montenegrin and Serbian relations is the main subject of yesterday's talks between British Ambassador in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY) Charles Crawford and Montenegrin Government President Filip Vujanovic and Chief of the Montenegrin diplomacy Branko Lukovac. Vujanovic introduced Crawford with an attitude of the Montenegrin Government regarding continuing of a dialog with Belgrade's officials, initiated by the European Union (EU). Crawford also met in Podgorica with representatives of the opposition coalition "Together for Yugoslavia ". in Montenegrin CRNOGORSKI PREDSJEDNIK MILO DJUKANOVIC O PREGOVORIMA U BRISELU: TEMELJ CRNOGORSKOG PREDLOGA JE MEDJUNARODNO PRIZNANJE CRNE GORE Podgorica - Zadovoljan sam ishodom razgovora u Briselu, jer su crnogorski eksperti dobili jos jednu priliku da prezentiraju kvalitet politicke ideje o savezu dvije nezavisne drzave, odnosno prednosti tog modela - izajvio je crnogorski predsjednik Milo Djukanovic. SUSRET KROFORDA VUJANOVICA I LUKOVCA RAZMJENA MISLJENJA O PREGOVORIMA PODGORICE I BEOGRADA Podgorica - Akutelna situacija u Crnoj Gori i pregovaracki procesi o uredjenju odnosa Crne Gore i Srbije - teme su jucerasnjih razgovora britanskog ambasadora u Saveznoj Republici Jugoslaviji (SRJ) Carsla Kroforda sa crnogorskim predsjednikom Vlade Filipom Vujanovicem i sefom crnogorske diplomatije Brankom Lukovcem.
