ENGLISH COMPANY "RAMCO ENDERZI" WANTS REVISION OF THE CONTRACT SIGNED
WITH "JUGOPETROL"
GOVERNMENT WILL GIVE ITS ANSWER BY THE END OF MARCH

PODGORICA - Montenegrin Government and "Jupoterol" from Kotor, after
reconsidering lawyers expert opinion and analysis of the international
practice and experience, will give their answer to the English company
"Ramco Enderzi", whether to accept revision of the contract, in which
foreign partner participates 51:49.

Unsatisfied with the ratio 51%, after finding great gas zone, 50 km2
large, on the Montenegrin coast, the English company asked for larger
percent.

It is certain that Montenegro has great energetic potential at this
place, which could solve the Montenegrin power problems as well as the
power problems of the entire region, as experts assessed.

Representatives of the "Jugopetrol" said next year that they were not
going to accept conditions, which could diminish the value of their
miner treasures and that Montenegro could have most profitable gas
exploitation building power station in Bar, with power of 450 mW
