PODGORICA- I truly believe that the European policy will not make any precedent, depriving the Montenegrins of rights to decide about their future- Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic said after yesterday's meeting with Austrian President Tomas Klestil in Belgrade. Decision is on the Montenegrins and Montenegro, Djukanovic said, adding that the Montenegrin state policy should respect its own interests as well as others. Montenegro has to renew its state and gain the international subjectivity, since it's a condition for preservation of the national, culture and state identity and necessary assumption for dynamic and European development- Montenegrin President asserted. This solution can be reached on many ways. One is an agreement and if it will not be reached then there are other procedures to resolve this matter democratically. In accordance with the Montenegrin Constitution referendum is a possible solution- Djukanovic said. In Vujanovic's opinion, meeting in Brussels was an opportunity Solana to be informed about the Montenegrin reasons in details and to realize that "Montenegro is striving for logical solution". Vujanovic repeated that the Montenegrin authorities were of the opinion that common state could cause instability and destroy good relations with Serbia. MONTENEGRIN GOVERNMENT ENTERPRISES RESTRUCTURING PROGRAM PODGORICA - The Montenegrin government adopted the enterprises restructuring program, which has been supported by the international donors and institutions (EAP, USAID, EBRD, WB) . This program will help entrepreneurs to implement transition successfully and it will also engage international and domestic experts to prepare business plans, transformation plans, compensation for surplus manpower and business banks credits. Managers, owners and employees in enterprises are obliged to respect the plan and the restructuring program has been already applied in ten Montenegrin enterprises. MONTENEGRIN MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE DARKO USKOKOVIC MONTENEGRO IS OPEN MARKET PODGORICA - Montenegro passed too long way through dinar as official currency, hyperinflation and lost foreign exchange savings, to return now to it, over night. This would be return to the past- Montenegrin Minister of Agriculture Darko Uskokovic said. Montenegro is not going to return dinar as official currency, since it would not survive with the market economy in that system- Uskokovic said, adding that Montenegro is creating now, new economy, in which the government takes an active part in profiling clear legal and business conditions for enterprises dealing. Montenegro is a small economy and can survive only with help of open market and the best way for that is the Euro as a stable currency - Uskokovic said. Taj program ce pomoci preduzecima da uspjesnije prodju kroz period tranzicije, a predvidja i obezbjedjenje medjunarodnih i domacih eksperata koji ce pripremiti biznis planove i planove prestrukturiranja i nadoknade za tehnoloske viskove i obrtna sredstva od poslovnih banaka. Menadzeri, vlasnici i radnici u preduzecima moraju postovati taj plan, a u desetak crnogorskih preduzeca program restrukturiranja vec je primijenjen.
