In Ambramovic's opinion referendum postponement in Montenegro hinders and prolongs democratic reconstruction and reform implementation in both Montenegro and Serbia. "The EU supports changes in Montenegro that could cause conflict escalation", Ambarmovic asserted, adding that the main problem in resolving Montenegrin-Serbian relations is Europe's insisting on preservation of federation, which stirs up destructive nationalists forces. This is a very bad move of the EU, Ambarmovic said and asserted that the EU High representative Javier Solana " has involved himself to much personally in the negotiating process". in Montenegrin PREDSJEDNIK CRNE GORE MILO DJUKANOVIC: CRNA GORA CE U BRISELU CVRSTO BRANITI SVOJ PREDLOG Podgorica - Predsjednik Crne Gore Milo Djukanovic potvrdio je sinoc da ce u nedjelju, 10. februara u Briselu, razgovarati sa visokim predstavnikom Evropske unije (EU) za bezbjednost Havijerom Solanom.
