動詞からきているはずです。
Facility personelはそのまま：施設の担当者。
faciliator でなく、facilitator なんです。

良さそうな気がします。どうですか？
そして、「換算」と「変換」の違いについては…よく
わかりませんが、何となくそこは換算がいいって感じ
がします。
単位系の話なら換算かとも思うのですが、 とりあえず換算にしておきます。
文書ドキュメントっていうのも変な言葉ですね。
