I wouldn't wait. Right now upgrade from 98 to 99SE is $1595 *and it includes ATS, i.e., the next release should be free. The price goes back up Jan 1 to $1995, and there are indications that it will go up again when Phoenix is released. You *should* have upgraded when they had their special about two years ago, when it was $695.... The only fly that might be in the ointment is that the license agreement *might* be changing. Has anyone seen a recent license agreement (say, in the last month)? Upgrading might conceivably cause the loss of resale rights, if those are important to you.
