Also, read read and read (anything from fiction to news and whatever
else you can lay your hands on)...to add to what geetha says :)
reading good english improves vocabulary and grammar and you find out
about different ways of saying the same thing (I am sure I knew a single
word for this).
do you have the java access bridge installed? The access bridge helps
somewhat in case of the oracle db tools. I am guessing it may help in
the erp tools as well.
Also write to oracle support directly...you may need to follow up a lot
but it may help in the longer term.
