Map your PO Number field at the bottom to $1$

We've been having issues with floating licenses, so I happen to know it assigns
the floating license for Incident, for example, as soon as the person opens the
Incident Management Console. It doesn't necessarily wait until they try and

Floating licenses have behaved this way for a long time. I can take it back to
Version 3. Version 6.x had a bug where the license didn't release at an hour.

query, I'd suggest bypassing the API entirely for the data retrieval
