someone else wrote.
It would be nice to give the users the ability to change their passwords.

side the Form had the option to force the users to change their password
based on xx days.

I have created my own password change form for the users - this works fine.
The only question I have is there a way to capture the date they changed
their password. I have created a field on the user form, but I when I try
to push the date to this field I get a error when a user with Read Only
couldn't find any other way

the SLM module does not have the ability to have SLAs for each task in
Change.
I can't belive this. Tasks are completed at various times (i.e. Security
Badge 4 hours, Windows NT ID 24 hours, Exchange Account 48 hours).

I have Incident Change SLAs that work fine. I modified one this morning and
saved it and told it to Build the SLA. After I hit the refresh button it
still says Building in Progress in the Build Status column and now ALL my
SLAs say Building in Progress.
Has anyone seen this before?

Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought that when you related an Incident to
another Incident or multiple Incidents that when you closed the Incident it
would close ALL other related Incidents?
