brakes into something capable of putting an LS4, LS6 or Libelle on the nose.

Yesterday's test of two Tenergy #31383 12V 10AH LiFePO4 batteries run in
parallel.
These batteries fit in a standard Schleicher, Schempp-Hirth, etc. battery mount.
Perhaps 15 minutes of pre-flight use.

I thought anyone buying a new glider from Kirchheim could get AirBatt LiFePO4
batteries delivered in it. All complete / nearly complete gliders seen in the
workshop had these installed (except for the motor starting battery). No, they
are not STC'd.
Check to see which cylinder you can get hydro tested locally. I have thrown
away a German cylinder because nobody nearby would test it.

A new Goodyear Flight Custom 3 is a large tyre. The 500x5 does not fit in an
ASW20, which has more room than the Jantar gear. The doors of the 20 won't
fully close.
Soon to find out if FC3 fits ASW27. Plenty of room in ASH26, probably the best

Frank's simple system works well. Perhaps use a tarpaulin on the ground for
places where the carpet would pick up stones or burrs. Build a cuff with a pin
on it for the wall of a clam shell trailer if the spar sits
