We have a site with new Cisco 8841 and 51 phones (CUCM 10.5.2), running
10.2.2.16, and they are not sending DTMF externally... or internally to
voicemail.
An IP Communicator does send DTMF without issue.
Any known issues with these new phones?
Jonathan
We have a CUC 8.6 with a Message Action of accept and relay to email for
voice messages.
We used COBRAS to go to 10.5 and the read messages kicked off emails to the
users.
Shouldn't the system have NOT sent emails on restored read messages?
Jonathan
OK, the export and reimport worked... sort of... The phones are there and
registered, but under the Gateway, they still show the ? on the ports... I
don't think this worked...

We have CUCM 8.6.2 with Cisco 8851, Cisco 8831 phones at a remote location;
they are connected over MPLS and a Peplink Balance VPN as a backup.
When we yank the MPLS, the 8831 registers with CUCM and works fine the
8851s do NOT.
Any reason the 8851 would act differently?

Customer with CUC 8.6, they have UM with Exchange 2010.
Customer needs voicemails to follow Exchange rules (forward, etc.) when
they set them.
E.g. User is out for the day; they want their voicemails to be forwarded to
another user... they want to be able to turn it off when they get back.
