Did they ever clean his ears? If so, that can cause
the tilting. It can take as much as 3 mo. to go away.
Went through this last year. Cat is fine now.

Hey Michael,
Good to hear from you. Thanks for the tip on Solid Gold Tuna. I'll put that

First of all, I need to tell you that if you are going to take this cat in
and care for him properly, it is going to cost a good deal of .
I would go to who you think owns him, explain what all is wrong with him and
what will need to be done to fix it, and that you are willing to pay for it

cat... Nine chances out of ten they will be happy
someone is doing all this...and you will then be able
to do this in the open...It is a wonder Whitey is
negative for diseases...maybe he was never even
vaccinated and obviously is wandering around...I think

As far as the feeling guilty is concerned--anyone who lets their cat get into

I urge you to never let this cat outside again (with the obvious implication
that he will never go home again).
His previous people are totally irresponsible or terribly misinformed about cat
care.
His health depends on him staying inside. Even in one room, he is better off
than in the previous

Whitey just got his first home bath (they washed his butt once at the vet

The fact that he wants to eat means that his pain is not that bad. When they
