it out, I generally like to print it double-sided on 3-hole punch paper
and put it in a binder.

Systec's Imported Graphic or Export Copied Graphics plugins should do
it. They are some of their Toolbox plugins. It looks like the first one

Check to see if XP Service Patch 3 was installed. If so, uninstall it.
It will prevent you from being able to save Frame files with referenced
graphics (in XP).
I use only referenced graphics and have no problems with them under XP SP3.
