appears that my root is full. It reports that 108% of the disk is in use,

I think what's needed here is to edit your .xinit file (it should be in
your home directory) and add a line such as exec startkde or exec
wmaker to the end of the file. That should start up the desired window
manager for you.

N/M, fixed it... for some reason it does not compile correctly for 2.0.5. I DLed
2.0.4 compiled the plugin and it works :)
