We used to have usermod for iealimit, but it was retired quite a few years ago
in favor of SMFLIMxx coding. Ours didn’t do much except reserve some memory

So, I wanted to circle back around on this topic. I just saw the Share
presentation slides for session 25309 "What's new in z/OSMF in V2.4". I've
got V2.4 Serverpac installed, just not IPLed anywhere yet, but looking at the
slides I predict that IBM has hit this one out of the ball park!

Agreed! Our parmlib concatenation consist of the business parmlib that
resides on MCAT pack, followed by the serverpack provided sys1.ibm.parmlib.
The sys1.parmlib from serverpack never gets used in our shop, except to take a

from a multi-sysres config where you had multiple system symbols for catalog
purposes, you'll just have to fix that to all use either **
I do agree that there is a higher level of responsibility required on the part
of the remote worker to be "available" during the normal working hours and to
be diligent about the work hours. Otherwise a perception may be developed
that you may be less than productive if you are not responding
