Miriam, When you create a favorite, you're put in an edit field and can do whatever you want with the assigned name. As far as I can tell, you can't edit a favorite's name once you've saved it. So what you could do in this case is delete the existing favorite whose name you want to change and

Jerry, in case you're interested, you can read by paragraph by pressing control-down arrow. You can go back by paragraph by pressing control-up arrow. It's very helpful for lots of reasons, but one is when you're reading dialog in a work of fiction and you get confused about who's speaking.

This isn't an answer, but I've noticed that different file copying applications handle sorting differently. Of the two programs I've used, Windows Media Player copies files to the hard drive in the same sequence as they appear on the CD, while Express Rip organizes them alphabetically.
