Shift+Ctrl+e to create a new folder. It is a bit of a pain really, if you want to do anything to folders like rename them, you have to tab to the favorites list and this doesn't seem to read the folder level when you arrow down so it can be a bit confusing. -Original Message- From:

The only thing I found annoying was that if you install it, you have to activvate it on the internet and they only seem to give you one activation count although they are really good at resetting it if you contact them in the case that you have to re-install the OS or change machines etc.

There is some information on Google about Windows update and troubleshooting. I Can't remember now but there is a folder that you can locate in the Windows directory that the updates go in to. Sometimes you can delete this, I would need to look it up again but I think it is inside the software
