Wes, You unlink the marriage you don't want. You do this from the Spouse List opened with the icon under her in Family View. You can't do that if there are children linked to that marriage so you have to make sure all children are linked to the marriage you want to keep. One way to sort this

In that case there is a subtle difference in the citations so they are not recognized as duplicate and you will have to manually remove the excesses. There is a source Citations report you can print to help you find the duplicates. Go to View > Master Lists > Source Options > Print Include

For one thing, the normal duplicate search compares the given names as well as the surnames so Johanna Maria vs Anna is probably the reason this person is not considered a duplicate. What surrounding relatives are there that make you think Legacy should consider this person a duplicate. Brian
