Paul, I also have a 22 monitor, but I have had it for ages, well before Legacy 7.4. and this problem. If I uncheck stretch fonts when resizing, the pop-up boxes are readable, but the font size on the screen is too small for me to read comfortably. Yes - a minor issue, but still irritating.
