Hi, Yesterday I doubled-clicked on a .mov file and rather than simply opening in QuickTime, it went through a lengthy conversion process. The resulting converted file is twice as large. This was an HD video that went from 20 GB to 40 GB, so it could add up if I convert a bunch of these.
