To get clear, I only claim that MLO is unusable for the GTD method when you
have a large number (e.g. over say 400+) tasks.
Are you seriously advocating the conflation of 'context' type tags (e.g.

Hello
I have recently been spending time with an MLO competitor which has a
feature that they call "Custom Task Attributes", which I consider to be a
total game-changer.
In effect these are task fields that you can add for yourself, and name
them to whatever suits you, and then have them
where all the
less used fields suddenly appears.
But for goodness sakes please can we have a field for List.

Er I think I have the same problem.
So, suppose I am my All Active Tasks view and I add a new task called say
Test01.
And then I hit Alt/S that takes me to the start date for Test01
I then hit say 3D then Enter, this puts the task 3 days into the future
and therefore OFF my Active Tasks view!
Hi
1. If you are a new user of MLO I suggest you bookmark this page:
http://www.shortcutworld.com/en/win/MyLifeOrganized.html
2. Wanna help me maintain it?
I would like to add some more hotkeys to that page - however I'm now not
100% sure of what the defaults are!
e.g.
Ctrl/Shift/S == Star
. But the
Effort is
better supported by the mobile versions of MLO.

Quick question:
How are you using the term

But when you add data e.g. using Ctrl/Shift/M where does MLO put it?

Hi
I want to create a view that shows my Projects sorted with the most
Important and most Urgent projects at the top of the page.
I want both Importance and Urgency to be equally weighted, however I do not
want Due Date, Start Date, nor Weekly Goal to be used at all.
And for ease of management
Hi
Has anyone found a way to paste text in capitalised form? (Windows 7 8.1

Background
For many/most of my projects, but probably not all, I keep wanting to turn
them into CAPITALS.
Fwiw, I use a freebie clipboard manager called Ditto that is brilliant in
most ways - e.g. it allows
I think this is an *excellent* idea. Did anything come of this?
I would like popup text for describing all the current hotkeys available to
the user, when the user does a mouse-over on the relevant text.
e.g. This is a project would say: Alt/J
e.g. Mousing over the Start: date would say: Alt/S
filed separately (e.g by
project number) and these should be left as is. Everything else in your
life should migrate to one system.

i.e. Do you use MLO to store *factual* information - presumably in a
different .ML file(!) - as well as using MLO for managing your task to-do
lists.

Hmm - nothing LIVE though, right?
iThoughs looks interesting and pretty but no use to a Windows PC user like
