The 468MGRC3 is rated for up to 35lb loads, so should be good for
that weight. Better have a fairly hefty tripod to manage a 35lb

Yes - after posting my reply below I thought its head looks rather like a
hyena's.
I've been very, very close (without protection) to wild hyenas, and they are
very scary creatures. Can hyenas and dogs have babies? Even if they can, if
the dog is in Afghanistan I don't see how it could a hyena
I thought it was Hillary Clinton but I guess I was wrong.
The ears are wrong.
