Hi John
I do something like the for a Solicitor. I purchased OR_Essentials from
Lap Link which is an add in for Word. They can either open up Word and
create a document then print or save it as a PDF, or use the application
I wrote for them which automates Word.

purchased one of the Word add ins that allowed saving of the document in PDF

EDI/Purchase Orders/Sales Orders
Congrats!
I wrote a system to tie Pegasus
for an EDI/Purchase Orders/Sales Orders which will take up a lot of my
time in the near future.
A lot of the ideas used come from fellow members of ProFox in particular
Dave Crozier and Bob Lea to name just a couple.
Cheers

. This gives the ability to set up email address
ftp etc and a file upload facility. As a retailer I get Web Host Manager which
allows me to administer all the sites under me.
Hope this helps
