A quick update: Qubes 4.0 seems to run _much_ more stable than the last RCs. Even the last RC I tried froze sometimes in the end, but up to now in 4.0 this didn't happen again. Strict reset is only needed for the ethernet controller (03:00:1). Suspend works like a charm, as does wifi, ethernet
