When I unload Jaws and wish to restart it, I simply press the 'windows

I really enjoyed playing Solitaire for years! But since the last Windows
10 update the game has been gone from my desktop. I press the windows
key and type Solitaire and I do get a game that way. Problem,
Window-Eyes use to read all the cards, but now doesn't read anything?

My system win7 home premium ms office 2003.
I uninstalled we 9.53 this morning and reinstalled version 9.51.
Now I get no speech when typing . We will read the screen when I arrow back
across the text. Where do I find the dialog to control the keyboard
functions?
Please help.
