Bo - go to the View menu item and make sure "Message List" is selected. Unless
you do, the rest of Melissa's instructions won't make a lot o

That's true! You could set a filter that would export the message to a unix
mailbox format and then run a batch file with a command to import that message
into the required folder. When imported, the message is marked unread.

fixing an entry (by recreating it) does not mean it will stay fixed.
