RULER DISPLAYED ON THE BORDER WHILE I'M ON A SPREADSHEET ? WHEN YOU GO TO HELP

No he was after a ruler in Calc not Writer. As far as I can see there is
not one available in Calc.

I can't see any ruler, vertical or otherwise in Calc (WinXP OOo2.4)
If you type in rulers in the help it appears to talk about them but I
think the help is mixed up and it is referring to Presentations.

Thanks. Wikipedia also has a differences from ascii section in their
page on codepage 437. It is ascii compatible in the latin letter range
at least.
