I was wondering if anyone’s used a lightening to VGA cable to connect an
iPad to a TV and whether it offers any advantage than simply buying an Apple
TV and airplaying video for example.

I've had a couple of Plantronics earpieces with my current one being the
Voyager Edge that can do this, but I've found that feature to be not entirely
reliable. I just disable it all together.

I use it in conjunction with The Old reader to have synchronization across iOS
and my PC, but The Old Reader isn’t necessary.
Feeddler is completely VO accessible as well.
