Hi Matthias :

Yes , multiple ???? indeed . Apparently once again I'm an
idiot . No , I was not having a problem with how to do a
simple 'Animation Preview' , but thanks for your efforts ,
as always .

The attached image is a frame from an Animation Preview ,done
just as your mini-tutorial suggests (as I have been doing for
years now) , but using the Camera Backdrop Tool on the Horizontal
toolbar (when a camera is selected)(yep , I'm repeating myself)

Now , the workaround I suggested (in those previous mails)
works much , much better , but the problem still persists
(the OpenGL background render is SOMETIMES one frame behind
the OpenGL wireframe render) .

Oddly , on the 3 computers I have , the fastest graphics card
is the worst for this (Geforce6800 on a Dual Xeon 3.2Ghz) and on
my slowest (intel laptop with built in graphics) it does not
happen at all .

Anyway , there's 2 small problems with the Camera Backdrop
control ,on the horizontal toolbar ,as well as Xvid import .
I reported it here as well as to RS and I'm sure they will
look into it .

Thanks for your reply .

studio
