CSHelicobacter, Brooks Post from 2003
Margo, Here is the one I found. There may be others. If anyone remembers another, please tell me. Would you please post Brooks Bradley's protocol for H. Pylori. I have been on the CS forum for only 3 months or so, so I do not have it. Thank you very much. Wayne == 04 Jan 2003 13:49:39 -0600 Dear Hanneke, My apologies for not posting the promised information. I have just been unable to remember at the proper time.plus I have been VERY busy on some rather pressing endeavors. I will attempt to make a special attempt to obtain a summary of the study; in the meantime, I offer a summary-by-recall. The study was based upon the oral ingestion of colloidal silver, both as a primary protocol.and as an adjuvant to other protocols.. Suffice to say, there was no detectable improvement through using multiple protocols over, simply, colloidal silver alone. Therefore, I offer a brief on the basic colloidal silver protocol utilized. A variation in volume and strength was employed during these tests. Excepting the speed-of-influence, there appeared little distinction in efficacy from among the various solution strengths ( 5 ppm to 20 ppm). Better, more rapid, results were achieved by keeping an elevated presence of colloidal silver in the alimentary tract. This was accomplished through having the volunteer experimenter ingest small quantities of CS over an extended period of time. The actual protocol most favored : Oral administration of approximately 1.5--2.0 oz. of 5 ppm CS (or equivalent at higher concentrations) at least three times per day. Each dosage was followed, immediately, with 8 to 10 ounces of plain water. The average period for achieving complete favorable resolution (even among the more severe, acute, cases) was less than 21 days. Best results were achieved when the CS was ingested, separated by time, at least 1 hour before or after any meal. This was a VERY simple, non-intrusive, methodology which proved most effective in remedy/control of Helicobacter pylori.at least we found this to be so in our EXPERIMENTAL evaluations. No injurious or threatening concomitant circumstances whatsoever, evolved during these evaluations. In the few relapse cases encountered, a simple repetition of the original protocol sufficed to correct them. A considerable number of the original volunteers chose to establish an on-going protocol for including CS as a prophylactic (generally around 1 to 2 ounces of 5 ppm CS, divided into two dosesdaily). I apologize again, but must go now. If this information is insufficient for your research needs, please post a notification. Sincerely, Brooks Bradley. ===

Re: CSsalt sensitivity to Bob
Hello Zeb: I can speak to the difficulties of getting off antidepressants and antianxiety meds. It has to be done very very slowly, giving oneself adequate time to gradually withdraw and recover. I really dislike (mild word) the pharmaceutical industry. Personally I am on a very small dose of an antianxiety drug and have been for years. The problem is that I am a 'small dose' person. I plan to get off it, but first I am going to lick my addiction to SUGAR. This may be no easy task seeing that sugar is in almost everything we eat, including lots of meats and even salt! I have just begun reading: Lick The Sugar Habit by Nancy Appleton. PhD. I read Sugar Blues a long time ago. My problem is that I get inspired, but the inspiration only lasts for a few weeks, if that, and then I am back to my old ways. But this time may be different. I already know that I consume way way way too much sugar. The pharmaceutical industry wants us all to continue to gorging with sugarmore business for them. I gave up chocolate a few months ago because I figured the caffeine was interfering with my sleep. I didn't eat tons of chocolate, but for me it doesn't take much because I am a 'low dose' person. I don't drink coffee anymore.it is too acidic and upsets my stomach. A biologist friend of mine told me that coffee contains properties that have not been identified yet. I only drink decaffeinated tea, but that too is suspect in my mind. For years I have taken lots of supplements and have been working to improve my diet over the past many years starting with the Zone Diet. Actually he has some good recipes except that he uses a lot of eggs which I am allergic to (can't take the flu shot). I think I will look up his recipes TODAY. I read all labels and I almost never buy processed foods (yuk). If I do buy any processed food I have to be at a low point in my dieting and I figure I'll 'just try it'. I end up throwing it out. Great good luck to your friend Jeb. My heart goes out because I know how difficult and frustrating it can be. The trick is to go slowly. Perhaps she/he can get help using a medical guideline. help may be available online. Google it: How do I get off the drug..? CSCS: Heli-cobacter,how I did it
I had a severe case for years;was diagnosed; Drs. meds, useless, kept returning, worse. One side effect,GERD.Heard about Manuka honey from New Zealand with UMF 16+ .Sent for, and along with Pepto-bismal[the real one], ginger capsules ,and also CS got it under control.Still use the honey everyday on toast as that keeps it in the stomach longer to work.Have been doing this now for at least 7 years +.It is not wise to try to eliminate this bug 100% as it is needed for good health too,but not flaring up out of control. This bug flourishes in the stomach when the acid is low,of which the majority of people now suffer.I also had to correct that using Betaine HCL caps. This H-Pylori bug is highly contagious too. Drs. attempts with their treatments have given me side effects which are not good ,and I am trying to cope with them to this day . CSEye of Revelation
Hello All, I am subscribed to a few heath related groups. I rarely post to some, have never posted to others. As a contribution I would like to share a book that I recently finished editing and laying out - The Eye of Revelation by Peter Kelder. This book is also known by such titles as The Fountain of Youth, The Five Tibetan Rites and others. It is short and nice to read but this is not why I am posting about it here. The point is to practice the rites described therein. Everything else I had to say about it I included in the book itself as prefatory notes. I also read that it is dangerous *to* get rid of them because of the amount released in one go into the system. Dee It *can* be dangerous to get rid of them, if: 1. They are not removed properly, and 2. You do not adequately prepare - you should spend a few days prior loading up your system with mercury scavengers, like bentonite clay, chlorella, cilantro, and any others you know of, and a few weeks (at *least* to many months *continuing* the mercury scavengers once the fillings have been removed. It is not something to take lightly, and it is not something to have done by someone inexperienced in the procedure. Some people say if you have a lot, it is better to do them in stages - personally, I don't agree - but that is a decision each has to make for themselves. I do understand the argument - but as long as all of the proper precautions are taken, it shouldn't be a problem. Personally, I would also most likely insist on having some kind of breathing apparatus so I was breathing filtered air through my nose ONLY, the entire time (to prevent inhalation of mercury vapor while they were being removed). Of course, this last part would require a bit of self-control - ie, not breathing through your mouth during the entire process... -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. Meggan, At 11:17 AM 7/29/2007, you wrote: here Faith while your reading all the bad stuff about gmail, might as well read what it actually does offer. http://mail.google.com/mail/help/intl/en/about.html Meg'gan I read about 90 % of the information on Gmail. Several KEY statements told me a BOOK ! Most suggest it is NOT for a POWER Mail user. It is for a person that has never done REAL MAIL. One who files and saves messages, and generally cannot manage the local mail properly. Likely they will suffer some of the same problems with Gmail. The number of messages per day is important also. I hate to think how it would search my 200,000 messages at any decent rate. Interesting it has a POP3 but no SMTP server. Do you even use the POP3 Server ? It certainly is not for POWER Mail users. Period. I would be happy to comment on every item on the OT list. I will sum up my opinion easily. You can guess at the rest. I would not use it for $ 100.00 per month. Someone needs to be a critic. Hi, Lesley, I would have to ask if you have seen a dr to determine what kind of infection it is. There are many things that can cause those symptoms. I know from experience that if one has a subclinical infection involving the urine pathway, then a few drops of Lugol's taken by mouth will eliminate it in a hurry. I say I know from experience, but having no licenses or degrees in medicine or related fields, some would say I am just guessing. Regardless of all that, a few drops (say, 5) sure won't hurt us and will very likely give quick relief from any undue sense of urgency regarding urination. Re: CSbladder infections-Iodine tincture
On the iodine question, I have some tincture of iodine, but it has a poison sticker on it. I read in a previous post that tincture of iodine is sodium iodine (iodate?), and lugol's has potassium iodine, does that make it a poison, or is it just the iodine itself in too large a quantity? Re: CSRe: mercury fillings- to Miranda
I had my mercury filings removed in the late '70's after reading a book on their dangers written by a dentist who lived near me. I went to him, and he briefed me on what was necessary, and offered to remove the 12-15 mercury filings I had for $175 a tooth. Not being able to afford that, I went to Tijuana and had it done for $25 a tooth by a dentist who specialized in their removal. He, like every other similarly trained dentist, uses much air circulation and a dental dam as absolute necessities. High tech labs will have devices to suck the air (with mercury dust) out of your mouth so it doesn't get inhaled or absorbed into the bloodstream.. The ADA (American Dental Association) censures every dentist who endorses or advertises mercury filing removal. It is still suppressing information it knew when it formed in the 1840s -- that mercury is a dangerous poison, especially to those super sensitive to it. The opposing group of dentists the ADA defeated were holistic dentists who did not use mercury in filings because of its known health dangers (even then!) But it seems there was much more money to be made in mercury filings, so the health dangers be damned. Thus, the ADA is at least partially responsible for any mercury poisoning which can be directly traced to mercury filings -- which of course is a practically forensic impossibility. So rather than let the health dangers be known, the ADA perpetuates the coverup. My dentist was censured, and lost his ADA accreditation, which is like the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval in the dental world. A perfect example of merury poisoning occurred in the 1970-s in Japan, when dozens died from a hug mercury spill. Mercury was formely used to make fancy gentlemen's hats, until they linked its use to the dementia it causes. Remember the expression mad as a hatter? Dentists are trained never to touch mercury, and keep old mercury filings and mercury debris in large containers of water so they won't be exposed to it. But then they put it our mouths and say it's perfectly safe. Duh? - Original Message - From: Charles Marcus tansta...@libertytrek.org To: silver-list@eskimo.com Sent: Sunday, July 29, 2007 1:02 PM Subject: CSRe: mercury fillings- to Miranda I also read that it is dangerous *to* get rid of them because of the amount released in one go into the system. Also, I don't think mine is a urinary tract infection but have an odor I cannot get rid of and not having sex for a year and a half so I have to treat this some way. Guess it started with perhaps a yeast infection; was all red and burning; then I used CS all the time until it cleared up; but left with an odor. I have douced with CS, Hydrogen Peroxide, and soda, but was using the throw away applicator. Now I got a bigger bag and can't get it to work (story of my life), so now here I am still confused and hoping somebody will have some answers and you look like you are more knowledgable than most. So, if you can help me, I sure would appreciate it. Thanks, Leslie -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver. CSbladder infections
Definitely find out if you even have a yeast infection. The signs you described need to be checked for high or low sugar levels, as these signs can indicate Diabetes Type II. You will want to address that immediately. The test involves a simple prick of your finger for a blood sample. In a message dated 7/29/2007 12:20:52 P.M. There are many things that can cause those symptoms. If it was a yeast infection, then it is important to take probiotics. I'll send a more detailed reply to you off list. CSWe don't Have to know
Things we don't have to know in order to make CS. Evening Faith, This is not directed at you but any that want it to be. However, some of your questions and statements gave me the idea for this list and the message. There are many things we don't have to know, some we must know, and others fall in between. We do not have to know .: Instrumentation TDS, PTW PPM, Conductivity Volts from Amps AC from DC Mili Siemens and micro Siemens Mili mho micro mho ( now mostly obsolete ) Current Volts Amps Ohms Law The Faraday Equation Water Conductivity Batch Current Hot to use a Multi-Meter The Difference between a Transformer and a Power Supply Advanced Technical Knowledge in any associated field ( Others exist of course ) The things you must know and do ! No matter if you buy an intelligent automatic generator, a semi-automatic generator, a manual generator, build it, or someone helps you build it, you will be furnished very simple instructions. You must go by these exactly. If for any reason, you do not understand them, go back to the source for explanations. While going by these instructions, you have some important tasks to accomplish. Without instrumentation, you must train your eye and your mind, flawlessly. With all the generators mentioned above, you must be able to look at it ( actually look at the batch ) and tell if it is working properly. With the simpler and manual generators, your eye will become your number one instrument and measuring tool. It will become very keen and you will learn several important things. Use a Clock to time each batch. The elapsed time and the things you observe are very important. A little manual stirring does not hurt. Over time, your skills will amaze you. Trust me ! As you learn more and more, you may begin to make slight changes but you must understand why your are doing it, and the results to expect. I suggest you make a log on each batch, with elapsed time, other notes, and especially your eye observations. If you are blind or have impaired vision, ask for help from someone. A keen eye and a fully functional brain are both a must. Over time, you may learn and understand some of the terms above and want to study them in order to understand more. Why ask a question when you don't even understand the question, much less the answer ? That is, unless you ask, Where do I learn about this. I fear that making CS is a lot like computers. Most do not study enough to get half way to first base. Therefore they do not understand many points made about each. In summary, Don't worry about what you don't know. I have an 80 year old sister that makes lots of CS. She gives it away and travels around applying it to wounds that will not heal. She understands nothing, other than the instructions. All of the items mentioned, and my statements can have much, much more said about them. I hope this message will make life easier for the ones that simply will never understand some of the things relating to CS. Again, if you will train your eye, your mind, use a clock and keep a log, you will make great CS and can enjoy the many benefits while your learn more, ... as much as you desire. RE: CSbladder infections-Iodine tincture
tincture has denatured alcohol holding the iodine, and that's poisonous. fine to paint it on your skin though. sodium or potassium iodide is fine to ingest (in small amounts of course). as i recall the iodine added to table salt is usually potassium iodide. lugol's has water, not alcohol, and can be ingested (again in small amounts of course) or painted on the skin. too much iodine is indeed poisonous ... but so is too little! -Original Message- From: Clayton Family [mailto:clay...@skypoint.com] Sent: Sunday, July 29, 2007 1:24 PM To: silver-list@eskimo.com Subject: Re: CSbladder infections-Iodine tincture On the iodine question, I have some tincture of iodine, but it has a poison sticker on it. I read in a previous post that tincture of iodine is sodium iodine (iodate?), and lugol's has potassium iodine, does that make it a poison, or is it just the iodine itself in too large a quantity? CS H-Pylori ans.to Wayne
Wayne; I am well into my 80s now and I have been using Honey as a health protocol for over 40 years. First mixed with pure apple cider vinegar for my wifes' calcite deposits in her neck causing loss of feeling and control of hands[she was a classical pianist and a primary school teacher],etc.Had to be raw honey and unpast'd vinegar ,very hard to get in the early days.Would not work otherwise. I suffered for many years with H-Pylori before it was diagnosed properly.Manuka honey is not a rip off as some one said.It is expensive but after reading how Drs.RobinWarren and Barry Marshall of Waikato University of New Zealand cured self induced H-P by using it,I had to try it[Allo-Drs,were clueless, caused more harm than good] .Along with Pepto,Manuka, ginger,I finally got relief. After some time my local H F store got in Manuka at half the price;but, it was not the UMF of 16+.So,I swung over to it for a long enough trial. It was NOT effective;back to the 16+UMF.I have also found a good source of pure unadulterated Honey from northern Alberta, which I use every day too.I will not be without the Manuka.I have now found a local supplier for it. The Bismol in Pepto is Bismuth which some Drs use for people with H-P; but it must be used with caution as it will destroy the Liver and Kidneys.Read the label on the Pepto-B bottle ,do not over use. My source in NZ was SummerGlow Apiaries www.manukahoney.co.nz PS; some of the harm the Drs protocol did was Barretts Esophagus, chronic diarrhea, candidiasis thru the over zealous use of ABX. -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver.
