CS>Re: [Crock_Lakhovsky] This may be the THING!

2012-04-11 Thread Garnet
Interesting articles Bob, but I must point out that they are some what
out dated. I just attended conferences on Lyme and other degenerative
diseases including a Morgellon Conference with researchers and
practitioners from Australia and the US. Researchers and clinicians with
information pointing to the connection between Morgellons and Lyme
Disease -- every person who has Morgellons (and Cancer) that has been
tested for Lyme has been positive for Lyme Disease. Many with MS, CFIDS
and Fibromylagia, among other degenerative and autoimmune diseases may
actually have undiagnosed Lyme Disease. It is not only passed by ticks,
but also by fleas, mosquitoes, sexual contact and in rare instances the
spirochete can be passed by kissing. This disease is epidemic and world
wide. There is currently an invesigational new drug application about to
be filed with the FDA for a chronic Lyme Disease pharmaceutical. This
means the FDA and the CDC are about to do an about face on the position
that chronic Lyme does not exist.

There is also a strong correlation between Morgellon and a disease in
cattle, not a direct connection but at least it is a disease model that
is well known in cattle.

The fibers have been heavily characterized by the researcher from OSU in
Tulsa. The dermatologist from AU has also characterized the lesions
extensively.

As far as the Plum Island theory goes I have to say, "who cares" where
it came from, stop wasting your energy being angry and fearful by
expounding on conspiracy theories and start putting it in to getting
well and holding positive images that are healing instead of negative
images that are proven to make people's immune systems function poorly.
Emotional issues are a part of most degenerative diseases. As well as
epigentics, some of which can be tested for and addressed with
nutriceuticals alone.

I am currently available for consultations in both Lyme and Morgellon. I
am able to conduct screening tests for Lyme including cytokines that
indicate current infection. Memory T Cells that indicate exposure and an
advanced Western Blot. There are DNA tests and CD57 tests that assist in
the clinical diagnosis of Lyme. Treatments are available that are
totally natural and involve no antibiotics if that is how someone
prefers to go. The herbal protocol I am working with generally takes
from 4 -12 months.

I refer to the top practitioners if anyone is seeking of treatment -
herbal or antibiotic.

Please feel free to forward this email to any lists of individuals.

Re: CS>A case report of fungal issues caused by EIS

2011-10-22 Thread Garnet

In my way of thinking and advising people as a Wellness Consultant at
Austin's four holistic pharmacies, is to tell them that probiotics are
always a healthy choice. That there are no documented cases of CS
or EIS causing fungal dysbiosis. And few if any anecdotal reports.

For one thing it would be extremely difficult to isolate a cause. But
just thinking about it, this list would be rife with stories of candida
dysbiosis following initial CS use. And it is not.

To propagate a myth because one person out of literally hundreds of
thousands believes it is true
is very science, it is not conservative, it is simply unfounded belief
lacking any proof, therefore IMHO it is best not to propagate such an
unfounded belief in the mistaken cause of "conservativism".

To me it is a disservice unless there is an abundance of anecdotal
evidence, and there is not, to even mention it. I only address the issue
if asked.

Yes, all true...the yeast could have been related to something else.
Though the person believes it was the CS. It is always better to be on
the conervative side, so that when people ask about yeast and CS, I will
say from now on that there has been 1 *possible* case of candida from
the use of EIS. Though it wasnt clear if other things were the cause.
And the dose was large. And there was no probiotic.

Probiotic or not, this is the first time I have ever heard it claimed,
so it should be noted by the members of this forum for completeness sake.

Re: CS>neti pot with EIS? / Balloon Sinuplasty

2011-10-22 Thread Garnet
My chiropractor, who is one of 3,000 board certified internal medicine
specialists

in the US, and very highly regarded, recommends CS neti pot sinus lavage.

I just had him do a balloon sinuplasty on my sinuses and he said to
neti right away and every morning for at least a few days or any time I
am having

sinus issues.

The balloon sinuplasty was the best thing I have ever done for my
sinuses and seasonal
allergies. He said the constant congestion pushes the turbinate bones in
the nose closer
together closing off the opening for sinus passages to drain through. A
small cuff with
an inflatable balloon is inserted into each of the three turbinate areas
in the nostrils. The
cuff is inflated and takes about 3 seconds to pop open the closed
turbinates.

It felt so amazing
to have them pop open during the procedure I will never forget that
feeling. Kind of like
your ears popping really hard. I was extremely congested from mold
exposure in a flooded
and poorly remediated house, which I vacated asap when the landlord
would not remediate,
but I had daily morning sinus headaches for that last month I was there.
That is when I
did the sinuplasty. It stopped the daily headaches even though I was
still congested from

the mold, because my sinuses could drain.

He said it is a procedure that most people only need max twice a year.
No anesthesia although
some practitioners do use locals or even a general. I think originally
the procedure was done
with a wire and started in the 30's. Then was modified to a much safer
technique and renamed
Balloon Sinuplasty. It is like Balloon Angioplasty which is used to open
up heart veins.

So yeah to the CS neti pot sinus lavage.

I do not use Xylitol. My dog is not worth the risk. Too many other ways
to deal with bacteria
and dryness than to keep a lethal substance anywhere around a
susceptible individual.

Re: CS>A case report of fungal issues caused by EIS

2011-10-22 Thread Garnet
Well it does not surprise me really, if he was not taking daily
probiotic supplements to insure that
gut bacteria were replaced if they were impacted. It's a good idea to
take them daily any time, as
stress can also knock them out. Which brings up the point that we do not
know what else he was
doing at the time that might have contributed or how well established
his probiotics were in the
first place, before starting the 2 l of EIS, which he actually does not
state the frequency or if he

drank it on an empty stomach.

All pertinent points . . . and to which I will add that I have not heard
of anyone experiencing this
previously, still it is a concern for many. However this person's
experience is not directly pointing
me toward the EIS, rather toward the state of his intestinal flora in
the first place and how often

he was ingesting EIS as well as what ppm it was, how it was made etc.

As someone who takes and believes in daily probiotic supplementation to
maintain optimal colonization
of the gut wall with healthy organisms at all times I would have to say
anyone who drinks large amounts
of EIS or CS on a daily basis is fooling around with losing their gut
wall health if they do not also supplement
probiotics. This is the same wisdom when taking any anti-biotic,
pharmaceutical or natural. Remember
penicillin is natural as well. Just because silver is a mineral does not
mean it will not kill beneficial organisms.

My limited understanding is that this generally does not occur because
the EIS or CS is not reaching the gut
bacteria in sufficient concentration to kill them off en mass. There are
many who take silver daily in large
amounts, yet we hear little of dysbiosis from these individuals. Could
it be only because they are taking
probiotics or are there other risk factors such as improper diet,
stress, meridian switching (see Steven Rochlitz
Allergies and Candida), etc. that are also contributing to the dysbiotic
conditions.

"Re the sterile gut, I was drinking 2 litres at a time that was going
surplus during my frequent experiments to calibrate my sol making
equipment, as I had to send off a number of 20 ml bottles of samples
done at different lengths of time to do a graph to see where the ppm
value I wanted would occur. Believe it or not one of the samples I
sent off came back as 5.1ppm from Sheffield University in England, and
as the stuff I was originally required to make was 5 ppm I was quite
pleased with my guesswork, though I make it a bit stronger now for myself.
What happens is that the 2 pounds of freindly gut bacteria just got
hammered by that vast amount of silver sol. I started to feel a
tickling at the back of my throat, like my throat had fluff stuck in
it, that is when you have killed all the friendly bacteria in your
mouth/throat and candida starts to proliferate there. From then it
just gets worse, my entire body came down with really lethal candida,
and I normally never get anything more than a little athlete's foot on
my little toes on each foot. My eyes blurred and my vision clouded
over so that I started to literally lose my eyesight, as I could no
longer make out the grouting lines in brickwork any more, and I was
itching like hell all over my body, and felt absolutely lousy
mentally. Of course I knew what I had done, but it was too late. I
ruled out the idea of using sol to sort this out, as I knew I would be
left even more vulnerable, so I started using Chinese herbs from a
brilliant researcher called Paul Thomlinson I think his name was (he
is no longer in business for some reason I think), and also took SBO's
later on from a company called Kiki (top notch) and gradually I got my
health back. At least I never turned blue anyway, that would have been
really fun."

CS>Radiation Hormesis for Lyme's

One of them was posted by Bob Ainsley, the owner of
this list:

Whose daughter fought Lyme's with alt protocols from the
inception of the tick bite. He can tell you loads about what
they did and how Radiation Hormesis was the final solution.

There is discussion of her experience on the above list, on
the DMSO list, linked below and privately archived on a list
devoted to her treatment. The list was kept private due to the
fact that she was a minor at the time she contracted it and
they knew they were not going to go the allopathic route.

Low Dose Naltrexone has been used to treat Alzheimer's with
some success.

Many people take it for prevention of any auto immune or
degenerative disease, Cancer, Flu, Colds, Allergies.

Among other effects it raises endorphin and enkephaline
levels up to 300%. This balances the immune system. Some
people have low endorphin levels and are thought to be
more susceptible to Cancer and other diseases as well
as depression.

It's a very inexpensive drug, and tested safe at 10X the
dosage used in low dose therapy. Many order it from
www.alldaychemist.com without an Rx.

I am very new to the world of CS and similar therapies and have been
mostly doing a ton of research online as one thing tends to lead to
another. Right now I think my brain is going to explode as I'm
grappling with CS, H2O2, MMS, colloidal gold, Blood Electrification,
Magnets, EDTA, and god knows what else.

It is all fascinating to me.

I am a skeptic at heart, or perhaps merely a cynic. I don't want to
believe in outlandish stuff just because I WANT it to be true. I want
to believe because I'm convinced. Whether there are conspiracies or not
with the established medical communities or not, is not that important
to me. I recognize that there certainly can be, whether intentional or not.

So, I have made my own home-made colloidal silver, but wasn't able to
confirm it until I got a water meter thru Ebay for a mere $15. Found
that my 1st brew came in at 6 ppm, which I think is about perfect. I
used two .999 pure silver dollars for electrodes, distilled water and
used a tupperware pitcher to hold it all in. I didn't have a fishtank
bubbler, so I used a nebulizer which was a lot more powerful than I
would have liked.

My first day that I sampled my brew was last Saturday. On Sunday I
woke up with a considerably stuffy nose and had a productive drainage
which appeared to be a sinus infection. (I'll pass on the intimate
details.). I took a good dose of my home-brew that day as well as
Monday. My stuffiness disappeared within 1/2 hour or so and has not
yet returned.

After a couple days, I decided I needed more and better equipment to
really know exactly how successful my first batch of CS was, so I
ordered a testing device on Ebay which arrived yesterday.

On Tuesday, I found the Meso Gold etc. website and was entranced with
the testimonials. Now, being a cynic and skeptic, I'm not one to put a
great deal of confidence into anecdotal evidence. However, the
testimonies were pretty convincing and with my ADD problems plus my
considerable depression issues (you'll have to know more of my life
story to appreciate this issue), I allowed myself to be hopeful and
ordered a litre of the meso-gold product.

It arrived yesterday. I took a tablespoon when I opened the package,
and another this morning. I don't have a lot to report yet, other than
I think I have experienced some elevation of mood and mental focus, but
it could easily be my imagination as this can be pretty subjective. I
think if I see a dramatic change, I will be convinced.

It would be great if it works as advertised since my daughter has
serious ADD issues interfering with school, and my wife has lost a great
deal of her cognitive ability in recent years. Her micro-biography -
she was a high school valedictorian, graduated from MSU with honors in
Accounting, became a CPA and was highly efficient and organized. This
is the woman I married 19 years ago. She has a history of occasional
migraines which became a severe problem in 2003 when she was no longer
able to continue working due to depression, brain fog, and daily
migraines. She has them every single day since 2006 and her mental
focus has continued to slowly deteriorate, but has been going much more
rapidly this year. She has a lot of mental confusion, poor short-term
memory to the point she can now no longer read books because she can't
remember the first part of the paragraph by the time she gets to the
end. She is now showing a lot of trouble in following my conversations
with her when I am explaining various issues or events, especially in
regards to our son's ongoing divorce melodrama.

She was found to have an auto-immune disorder, which was officially
diagnosed as 'connective tissue disorder.' The rheumatologist stopped
her from answering questions during his diagnosis consultation. The
reason, he told us, was that if he got ONE more positive answer, he
would be obliged to diagnose her with lupus and she would become
uninsurable. And the treatment for lupus and the less scary (to
insurance companies) diagnosis of connective tissue disorder is the
same. What a nice doctor.

I had intended to write this email just to let folks know where I was at
with CS therapy and my early experience so far with meso-gold, and hope
for useful comments. But of course, if anyone has any thoughts on my
wife's situation and whether meso gold or other products might help her,
I'd LOVE to

Re: CS>Re: Ozonated Saline Solution

2009-12-01 Thread Garnet

Some of us are starting very low with the Low Dose Naltrexone
and working up more slowly to avoid the night time sleep
disturbance
or any other adjustment side effects. It's normally
suggested to
start at 4.5 or if you have MS to start at 1.5 both of which
can cause
short term sleep disturbance when taken at night. Easily
remedied
with Melatonin or day time dosing, but the benefits are
greater when

taken at night.

I started a list to discuss starting really low, like 0.5
and increasing

by 0.25 every two weeks. It's working very well for some who are
very sensitive. Also seems that some get benefits on these low
doses although it is said that anything below 1.75 is not
going to

do anything for you. Everyone is different and it may depend on
the state of your immune system as well as the disease you are
treating. Anything genetic or auto-immune is thought to benefit.

It's a very interesting therapy. There's much info to show
that it is

actually balancing the immune system. Some say it also does this
for the endocrine system. Many have to reduce Thyroid supplement
and report increased libido and hormone balancing effects.
It has
reduced my hot flashes, I have had no colds or flu since
starting

it last summer and my mold / seasonal allergies are less. I only
take 1.0 mg every three days at present so it costs me almost
nothing. I order it from an internet pharmacy.

Alpha Lipoic Acid might be helpful for you. It raises
Glutathione levels and stimulates stem cells in the
liver.

Bert Burkson MD uses it with LDN for Cancer and has
used it for liver toxicity as a researcher in charge of
ALA research at the NIH. He has a book out called
the Alpha Lipoic Acid Breakthrough

Best to buy high quality and not the ALA produced in
China. European produced is best. In some countries
it is actually a prescription but in the US it is a supplement.

Re: CS>CS for asthma

2009-12-01 Thread Garnet

My asthma went away after nebulizing CS and DMSO.
My assumption is that my asthma was due to mycoplasma
living in the mucous in my lungs. DMSO delivers the
CS through the mucous and penetrates the mycoplasma
or any other organisms.

I was using this for a lung infection when I had the flu. I
did it for 10 minutes every hour at first, then every two
or three hours, then down to a few times a day over
a period of about five days.

I used 2 parts DMSO and 8 parts 10 ppm home made
CS. I also used a real nebulizer that makes a smaller
water droplet than a humidifier so that it gets down to
the end of the bronchioles.

I read about people using MSM and CS to cure Asthma
on this list which is what gave me the idea to try DMSO.

Here is a DMSO list if you need information:

CS>The humble onion, best protection against the flu?

2009-11-29 Thread Garnet

This is an interesting folk remedy and one that reminds me
of the practice of
baking an onion wrapped in foil so that the juices collect.
The juices are then
used orally, a teaspoon or two at a time, as a treatment for
severe lung congestion.

-

The humble onion, best protection against the flu?

A few day's ago I was surfing the net looking for Swine Flu
news when I stumbled upon a post on Above Top Secret You can
beat Swine Flu and pneumonia!( No vaccination definitely!)
Intrigued I read the thread with interest because the author
was claiming you could beat The Swine Flu and Pneumonia with
the humble Onion!
He told a story of when he was young he became very sick
with Pneumonia, with a very high fever and breathing
problems, his parents where beside themselves and out of
desperation resorted to an old wives tale from his grandmother.
The boy's mother chopped an onion, placed it into a bowl and
poured boiling water onto the onion and placed the bowl
beside the boy's bed, the boy much to his parents surprise
woke up the next morning with no fever and breathing normal
and feeling very very hungry.
Well I found it a very interesting story but didn't think
much more about it.
I have dodgy lungs, I had Pneumonia twice last year and hell
would freeze over before I consider having a vaccine, so you
can imagine these are nervous times for me and yesterday
evening I arrived home feeling rough with laboured breathing.
My wife suggested I should try chopping an onion with
boiling water, I laughed but said why not.
So as the guy said, I chopped up an onion put it into a bowl
and poured in the boiling water, I placed the bowl on my
bedside table and I went to bed, I must say I slept soundly
and yes, when I woke up I felt fine and my breathing was
normal, it works!

Re: CS>BB on Kelp

2009-11-28 Thread Garnet

Raw feeding requires a lot of care and is often done poorly.
Puppies are susceptible to imbalance because their needs
are higher and they are growing so fast. Rickets does occur
in raw fed puppies with irreversible consequences when the
full range of nutrients is not provided in balance.

Some dogs do choke on bones, but dogs can choke on
kibble too so there's a need to watch how the dog handles
the bones if they have not been brought up eating them.
Weight bearing bones from cows are too hard on their teeth.
Some say raw turkey bones are not highly digestible either.

You need to research it in depth and read widely. Please
don't listen to just one approach without checking it out.

There are some prepared raw diets and also canine nutritional
consultants who will help you balance what you are feeding.

Hi Dave,

for me? You say chicken quarters from Walmart is what you feed them after
cutting them a bit. Do you include the drumstick and thigh bone too? I was
told that these bones because they are bigger (and weight bearing) that they
may be dangerous to dogs due to splintering etc. Same thing as far as the
necks go. So I guess I'd like to know whether or not it's the whole thing
(except the neck) that you feed them? Or are you leaving parts out? I guess
I just don't want to feed our future dog a drumstick only to have to get
lodged in its throat. And as far as a puppy goes...would these [leg] parts
have to be broken down into manageable pieces or do you find that your dogs
don't have any problems either way.

Thanks.

Having undertaken a nutritional program based upon the Raw Food and
Bones general concept.for our Orphaned Dog Program population,
about five years ago, we have attempted to maximize nutrition while
holding the direct food expenditures to the lowest acceptable level. I
believe we have achieved an acceptable (for us) circumstance.

In the beginning of our formal program (circa year 2000), we had 12
adult dogs in the group. We were feeding them a "high-quality" dry
food ration with vitamin supplements. Additionally, we supplied them
with steamed green and yellow vegetables three times weekly. While
they were healthy, in the general sense, I was not pleased that some
shed hair late and did not present shiny coats of hair.

After some experimentation we decided to add unprocessed (raw) milk
and raw meat to their dietwhile, simultaneously, reducing the
carbohydrate components and increasing the frequency of raw bones
(from twice weekly, to daily). The results were, spectacular, and the
entire group responded with vibrant health displays. Within a short
time our population began to climb, as more "Loving Owners" abandoned
their pets along the road adjoining our farm.and the population
increased to 16.along with the attendant support costs. Our
population increased to its present 19 individuals and our food costs
(as have those for the general public) rose quite rapidly to over
$600.00 per month. While certainly not catastrophic, it appeared we
might profitably review our nutritional benefit/cost curve. I found
that the ground meat item was the least cost-effective.from among
the high-density nutrient components. We were purchasing the 70% lean
X 30% fat,! 5 lb. rolls from Walmart for around $7.00 each and when
factored with the 6 oz. minimum, daily, (for medium, 35 to 40 lb dogs)
and 8 oz+ for the larger (70 lbs +) dogswe were spending .70 each,
daily, for this component. I had been contemplating utilizing the 10
lb. bags of fresh chicken quarters
(from Walmart), for some time. I introduced the chicken parts
(one-third of a quarter to each
dog (about 8 ozs weight). As these bags were averaging less than $3.75
each (37.5 cents per lb).and the results greatly exceeded my
expectations. Especially so since we were able to eliminate the raw
bones altogether-with an overall net increase in digestible
protein.and a cost reduction for this nutritionl element of around
$13.00 per day.

I use white vinegar to clean my distiller and never have any
problem
with producing clear CS. I do not rinse with sodium
bicarbonate.

I rinse three times with tap water and do not wipe. I am
using about
a cup of 9% white vinegar in one gallon of water. I let this
sit for a

half a day or more and then rinse 3X.

Last two times I have put a plate on top instead of the
distiller top
and plugged it in for a few hours. This cleans it even
faster and

boils off some of the water/vinegar mixture in the process. The
plate is not an air tight seal. Last time I put it outside
so I did not
have to smell the vinegar. This works better than just
letting it

sit because it comes out cleaner.

Re: CS>tyndall again

2009-11-16 Thread Garnet

Just rinse the distiller three times after washing with vinegar.

Distilling is going to remove contaminants from the water. So
any slight traces of vinegar are being removed from the final
product along with minerals and other impurities in the tap
water.

If you are using hot tap water you might try using cold water
since the hot water pipes are more likely to be contaminated.

Could be your meter, and if you have no way of calibrating
the meter then you don't know if it is actually set to register
zero when the water is zero.

Preboiling the water before distilling is a good idea.

CS>Why I fired my secretary -funny!]

2009-11-15 Thread Garnet

Last week was my birthday

And I didn't feel very well

 Waking up on that morning.

 I went downstairs for breakfast

Hoping my wife would be pleasant and say, "Happy Birthday!", and

Possibly have a small present for me.

 As it turned out,

 She barely said good morning,

 Let alone

 " Happy Birthday."

 I thought...

 Well,

 that's marriage for you,

 But the kids

 They will remember.

My kids came bounding down stairs to breakfast and didn't say a word.

So when I left for the office ,

 I felt pretty low

 And somewhat despondent.

As I walked into my office ,

 My secretary Jane said,

 "Good Morning Boss,

 And by the way

 Happy Birthday ! "

 It felt a little better

That at least someone had remembered.

 I worked until one o'clock ,

When Jane knocked on my door

 And said, "You know,

It's such a beautiful day outside,

 And it is your Birthday,

What do you say we go out to lunch,

 Just you and me."

 I said, "Thanks, Jane,

 that's the greatest thing

 I've heard all day.

 Let's go !"

 We went to lunch.

 But we didn't go

 Where we normally would go.

She chose instead a quiet bistro

 With a private table.

 We had two martinis each

And I enjoyed the meal tremendously.

On the way back to the office ,

 Jane said, "You know,

 It's such a beautiful day...

We don't need to go straight back to the office , Do We ?"

 I responded,

 "I guess not.

What do you have in mind ?"

 She said,

 "Let's drop by my apartment,

 it's just around the corner."

 After arriving at her apartment,

Jane turned to me and said,

" Boss, if you don't mind,

I'm going to step into the bedroom

 For just a moment.

 I'll be right back."

 "Ok." I nervously replied.

She went into the bedroom and,

 After a couple of minutes,

 She came out

Carrying a huge birthday cake ...

 Followed

 By my wife,

 My kids,

 And dozens of my friends

 And co-workers,

 All singing "Happy Birthday".

 And I just sat there...

 On the couch...

 Naked.

/*Subject:*/ [RE]CS>periodontal (gum) disease

Dear Ken,
There are a number of protocols which have demonstrated
quite powerful
effect against periodontal disease...sodium perborate
(liberated H202 is
the actual effective agent) was used, quite effectively---as
long ago as

1930s. There are numerous, simple, protocols leveraging off of
H2O2...which have proved most effective for addressing most
all of the
anaerobic forms causing this distressing challenge. One
quite simple
protocol which we employed, repeatedly, among a sizable
volunteer group

during the early 1990s included:

1. gently brushing the teeth with a SOFT BRISTLE toothbrush
for about 15
seconds (light bleeding is quite common and proved to be
quite harmless).

2. Rinsing the mouth with clean tap or distilled water.

3. Using a mixture of 3.5% H202 (common drugstore variety)
at 90% volume
with DMSO (full strength) at 10% volume of the complete
mixture -swish
about one tablespoon in the mouth for approximately 30
secondsor
until the amount of foam-forming is so great as to require
expectoration

- and spit the entire solution out.

4. Rised mouth with clear water for about 5 seconds and
REPEATED
protocol segment Number 3., except DID N0T rinse the mouth
with water or

other liquid for 5 minutes after this last step.
Repeated three times daily (after meals, was preferable),
this simple
protocol successfully eliminated over 90% of ALL of the
periodontal

insults of a bacterial originwithin 7 to 9 days.
5. From calendar year 1995 onward, the introduction of 10 to
15 ppm
colloidal silver ( 95% by volume) and DMSO full strength (5%
by volume)
as a final rinse (about 15 seconds), shortened the recovery
to an

average of 5 days.
Our collective opinion is that it is ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL to
purposely
keep the knowledge of such simple, powerful and ECONOMICAL
protocols

from the general population.
Do remember all of my stated protocols are EXPERIMENTAL in
nature and
designed to be used by OTHER EXPERIMENTAL medical
researchers and DO NOT

constitute ANY form of medical practice---OR ADVICE.
Sincerely, Brooks Bradley

don't know one way or the other.

DMSO Nature's Healer is a good book by Morton

I just wanted to know what some of you might think of this
detoxification of squalene. As per Dr. Rebecca Carley, when the
squalene is injected into the bloodstream, the immune system
kicks in and tries to remove it, and when it does, not knowing
what is foreign anymore, will remove squalene from the body in
areas such as joints, brain, .which in turn turns into auto
immune diseases. I guess this is why there were so many sick
with the Gulf War Syndrome, what what they experienced was
stiffness of the body. This man discusses that CS will take
care of metals, but as for squalene, since squalene is an oil,
you need a degreaser to remove it from the bloodstream. These
are his words:

"I recommended only a few drops of liquid dish soap, 1 TIME,

after the vax, to clear the squalene oil from your blood stream,
so as to prevent your suffering rheumatoid arthritis when your
body begins antibody production against this natural oil that's
SUPPOSED to be in your brain and joints AND NOT in your blood
stream.' This is the YOUTUBE video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tp7Dh3vWmHk

Any input is appreciated, since I have been looking for a way to

detox in case of forced vaccination. I have heard that clay and
MMS could be helpful. Here is the youtube video from that man.

2009-11-12 Thread Garnet

Ipsab by Home Health is excellent for gingivitis. There is a
liquid and a tooth powder. Paint the liquid on twice a day with
a Q Tip. It has prickly ash bark.

I was not the one who posted on CS and DMSO for gums
but it would also be a good remedy to paint on but might
give you some garlic breath so you might want to test
before going out. Chlorophyll gel caps may help with this.
Others say adding honey to the mix helps with the odor.

Re: CS>Strange question

2009-11-08 Thread Garnet

I agree with the idea that fluorescent lights can cause health
effects in sensitive people. And are known to be the least
healthy light source for anyone.

Here is a good page with a questionnaire that helps people
identify a

possible sensitivity.

http://www.ei-resource.org/illness-information/related-conditions/electrical-sensitivity-&-hypersensitivity/

Even though you are taking a Mg supplement and using
Mg Oil you could still be deficient in Mg. The trace mineral
silicon
is essential to Calcium and Magnesium absorption and
utilization.

Good sources are leafy greens and herbs like Nettles, Oat Straw
and Horse tail. Also in onions, best when lightly cooked or
raw.
Chelated minerals, especially the orotate forms are better
than non-chelated.

If stress is increasing your cortisol levels during the day
then your Mg

levels could be dropping by the end of the day.

You may be experiencing a combination effect of all of the
above or some other physical condition may be contributing.
Repetitive motion and posture while you are working may
be part of how you feel at the end off the day. Also the
level of

electromagnetic exposures in the work place during the day is
worth looking at.

Muscle spasms can be a symptoms of Magnesium deficiency.

Try taking Magnesium, an easy way is to use Milk of Magnesia, small
amounts will be absorbed if you are deficient and not cause the laxative
effect. Spread it out over the day or use at the end of the day. MOM is
rapidly absorbed.

There are many food sources of Mg like almonds, cashews, peanuts,
dark leafy greens, dark chocolate.

There are topical Mg "Oils", that are not really oils, but concentrated
sea water. They are costly but they can be applied topically to the
area.

Best way to get Mg is in your food. At the end of the day your muscles
may be fatigued and more prone to spasm.

Full spectrum bulbs would be nice, and although costly they last many
times longer than ordinary fluorescents and would increase worker
productivity. Maybe they would go for it? 6,000 kelvin is the
rating to look for. Not just Grow Lights for plants.

Re: CS>Premixed CS/DMSO?

2009-11-04 Thread Garnet

Because DMSO is an anti-oxidant and H2O2 is a strong
oxidizer I would not store the two together as you would
probably end up with water and MSM, from H2O2
giving up one of its oxygen atoms to the DMSO and
forming DMSO2, which is MSM.

I am not a chemist so I can't verify this, however if I
were using them together at all I would mix them up
fresh for each use.

For what it is worth, this was just posted on the cancercured list:

has anyone heard of any success stories taking black salve internally.
wondering what the long term use on the stomach might possibly have. I
found this information on a past blog entry from a few years back.

INTERNAL USE

What is reported here is the result of informal trial and error on the
part of many non-professional folks intent on healing themselves or their
animals. What follows has been gleaned from letters and interviews with
users
over 30 years, which means it is based on experience but is by no means
complete. Internal cancers of all known body zones have dissolved under the
onslaught of Black Salve. Black Salve hunts down and kills abnormal tissue
wherever it is. The following are known examples:

.Colon cancer and uterine cancer have been healed with not only the
internal

dosing described below, but by also using enemas or
douche, of one quart water, to which was added one full "dried pea" volume
of salve.

.Brain cancer should be monitored by a professional because of the swelling
that will occur. It may have to be relieved by a surgical
hole being placed in th skull to relieve the pressure.

.Breast cancer has been healed with internal and external applications.

.Emphysema, AIDS and viruses also seem to come under subjection to Black
Salve.

SPECIFIC DIRECTIONS

For the first 20 days, use a non-metal utensil to lift out enough salve
to make a ball HALF the size of a dried pea. Pack the half pea dose into a
gelatin capsule and swallow it after you have eaten a meal! It is somewhat
acidic having a pH like vinegar and could make you nauseated if you take on
an empty stomach. It is best to use wood or plastic utensils when handling
it. For 20 days, take this dose each morning after breakfast and each
evening
after dinner. This means take Black Salve for 20 days, twice a day, always
on
a full stomach.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT DURING THE FIRST 20 DAYS?

Lymphomas, such as appear on the neck or arm, may change from the
texture
of a hard lump to rather soft, pliable, even squishy. During the first 20
days you may continuously run a low fever. Sweat, urine and feces may take

offensive odor and be darker than usual. At the 20 day mark, it is wise to
have a competent physician take a biopsy, or test your cancer for
malignancy.
For many, but not all people, the test reveals that the cancerous tissue is
dead, but present.
After the first 20 days, during which the salve has built a great deal
of
zinc into your system, it is prudent to take a complete five day break from
the salve. During these five days, you may wish to double you doses of
vitamins and minerals. This helps balance the system. If you think the
illness or growth may still be somewhat present, you may take the salve for
a
second 20 day period, just as directed above. If needed, up to four can be
done. After you have completed the internal use, supplement you diet with
vitamins and minerals, fresh clean filtered water, organic veggies and
fruit.
This helps the healing and the rebuilding of your health! Avoid caffeine
and

alcohol. Take extra vitamin C!

Ask your doctor if CS is toxic why is it used to purify the
water on ocean going

Re: CS>HNPP

2009-10-28 Thread Garnet
If there is a genetic component it may be auto immune. LDN
is helpful
in many auto immune disorders. It has been show to stop the
progression
of MS including demyelinations in at least 70 - 80% of
patients.

Starting with a very low dose just twice a week is a great
way to ease

into the therapy.

There are a number of Yahoo lists and info sites.

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Very_Low_Dose_Naltrexone

Discusses very low dose and interval dosing.

Information is spread out over many sites and lists because
there is not
enough formal dose response data across all conditions so
that patient

reports are the main source of info, not unlike CS.

Personally I take 0.5 mg twice a week, very low and spread
out but
it is working for my allergies and I will slowly increase,
but some
go right to 4.5 mg every night. Depends on your individual
reaction.

Worth looking into since it is cheap and low tox, also has many
fringe benefits of preventing cancer, colds, flus, improving
general

health.

www.alldaychemist.com sells 50 mg tabs without an Rx, which can
be diluted in 50 ml of distilled water to produce a 1 mg/ml
solution.

Many people use these tablets for years with great results
in their

severe MS and other conditions.

Re: CS>can anyone make a suggestion about an open wound

2009-10-23 Thread Garnet

A 20% DMSO 80% EIS compress is not a bad way to go.
Although it is not the best way to deal with large areas of
tissue destruction, it might be good for an incision.

The type of wound she has can take a long time to heal.

It is going to weep a lot and needs to be kept open and
draining as it heal from the inside out.

Closing it prematurely will cause infection.

There are wound care specialists, generally a plastic surgeon.
I used a wound care clinic when I had a bad dog bite wound,
that killed off the skin and dermal layers down to the muscle.

It was a whole new world, much like burn treatment, healing
the area. Took a month to heal a 1.75 " area as the skin had
to grow in from the sides, it is pure scar tissue.

maybe they don't want it to close too soon, due to risk of infection.

Re: CS>can anyone make a suggestion about an open wound

2009-10-23 Thread Garnet

Oat Straw and Nettles are also good sources of Si,
herbal teas are a great way to get a range of minerals
and can be made up to have a good flavor if you add
some lemon grass or peppermint.

And onions if you like them, lightly cooked, raw is
highest.

When I first heard of Si for fingernails and hair I tried
eating onions for breakfast, lunch and dinner when the
Walla Wallas were in season in Seattle one year. It was
an amazing experiment, did it for a month, never have
my fingernails been so thick and hard.

I ate onions every way I could for that month, lightly
sauteed with my omlettes, as a side dish raw, lightly
marinated in vinegar or oil and black pepper with a
bit of sugar, cooked in marinara sauce, chili or stir
fry, baked ~ not going work if you hate onions though!

Zinc is another trace mineral that is important in wound healing and

It was formerly thought one could OD on Vit D but that is
no longer the most current thought, apparently.

Best for everyone to check it out and decide for themselves.

It's a bummer when there is conflicting information but it
happens when new info comes along and old info is being
replaced, particulatrly where risk may be involved.

Many are doing high doses of D, especially those with D
deficient disorders like MS.

CS>Vitamin D3 cuts premature birth risk and protects newborn babies

2009-10-23 Thread Garnet

http://www.healthresearchforum.org.uk

Vitamin D3 cuts premature birth risk and protects newborn babies

Powerful new evidence about the way that Vitamin D3 can
reduce the risk of premature births and boost the health of
new-born babies has emerged from an international research
conference in Bruges. Delegates were told that mothers who
were given ten times the usual dose of vitamin D3 during
pregnancy had their risk of premature birth reduced by half
and had fewer small babies.

..

Over the two and a half years of the study thousands of
tests were made and monitored by an external safety
committee. Not a single test showed any adverse effect of
the large dose of vitamin D3. The average level of vitamin D
in the women's blood increased by about 50 per cent.

...

In addition, the normally recommended level of sun exposure
does not produce enough vitamin D3, according to a separate
study reported at the Bruges meeting. Sunlight is the major
source of vitamin D3 and so advice on sun exposure is
crucial for health. Food cannot supply more than 10% of what
is needed.

..

Previous studies have already shown that infants born to
vitamin D deficient mothers may be at greater risk of low
birth weight, lower respiratory tract infections, asthma,
and weak bones.

.

However, of particular interest is that this study
considered levels less than 20ng/ml to indicate
insufficiency. Vitamin D experts agree that levels less that
50ng/ml should be considered insufficient. Had the study
analyzed the results using levels of less than 50ng/ml as
the definition of insufficiency the results would have been
much worse.

Re: CS>Europeans reject swine flu vaccines

2009-10-21 Thread Garnet
Glad you posted on this Dave as I had no idea that iu varied
from one substance to another!

Take a look at this page:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_units

"The precise definition of one IU differs from substance to
substance and is established by international agreement for
each substance. There is no equivalence among different
substances; for instance, one IU of vitamin E does not
contain the same number of milligrams as one IU of vitamin A.

To define an IU of a substance, the Committee on Biological
Standardization of the World Health Organization provides a
reference preparation of the substance, arbitrarily sets the
number of IUs contained in that preparation, and specifies a
biological procedure to compare other preparations of that
substance to the reference preparation. The goal in setting
the standard is that different preparations with the same
biological effect will contain the same number of IUs."

Bob,

You, and others, should note that "IU" is not the same as "mg"...

1 mcg vitamin D (cholecalciferol) = 40 IU (note this is 1 micro-grams)

1000 IU equals 25 micrograms (note this is 25 micro-grams)

therefore, 50,000 IU is about 1.25 mg (note this is 1.2 milli-grams)

Now, 1 mg is equal to 40,000 IUs and 50,000 mg is equal to 2,000,000,000 IUs

I guess if you did this every day for a long period of time it
could be a problem. But we are only talking about three
days. I don't know the mechanism but obviously it is to
kick the immune system into gear cause you are sick.

I am just quoting Dr McCandless on the dosing.

One recommendation is to start out with 10,000 iu D3 for
30 days, then 5,000 iu per day for maintenance. If you
get the flu take 50,000 iu for three days.

This is per the recommendation of Dr Jaquelyn McCandless
who is working with Low Dose Naltrexone for HIV and Autism.

Autistic kids have poor immune function according to her.

She also recommends LDN for all her patients over 60 as
a preventative and libido booster.

*White Pine Needle Tea: Healing*

Pine needle tea has been around a very long time. It was first used by
Native American’s for its healing properties. In fact they introduced
pine needle tea to the early settlers (in Canada and New England) as a
cure for scurvy, which is caused by lack of vitamin C.

Pine needle tea is great for colds, chest congestion and upper
respiratory illnesses, though it is also rumored to help with many other
ailments as well. You can do your own search on the web to find out
more. It is packed with antioxidants, vitamin C and vitamin A.

I want to give thanks to Grandmother Bobbie for introducing
me to pine needle tea and its healing effects. I experienced its healing
first hand. This tea made my chest congestion disappear in less than a
day. I thought for sure I was going to get bronchitis or pneumonia! But
instead, I drank pine needle tea and it helped heal my chest and
sinuses. I could literally feel my chest “loosen up” and my breathing
became much easier.

Luckily pine trees are found in abundance all over the U.S. so
it’s an easy and free tea that you can make at home. We just happen to
have a white pine tree in our back yard, so it’s very easy to make this
tea all year round, even in the midst of winter.

1/2 cup of pine needles--green young needles are best..

*

  1.5 pints of water

*

Bring water to boil in a stainless steel pan (do not use aluminum)

*

Add the pine needles, reduce heat to a simmer for 20 minutes to
  overnight.

*

Strain needles and drink warm or cold

*

you can also put them in unbleached tea bags

*

The tea should be red in color with a little oil floating on top.
You can add honey or cinnamon if you like, (since I have type 2

diabetes I add cinnamon). It really doesn’t taste like pine; it
has a very mild flavor./White pine needles have 5 needles on each
  sprig…
but you can use any pine or fir tree (though the recipe may differ)./

Room humidifiers do not make the same size droplet as a nebulizer.

You can research the specs on droplet size or speak to someone
who sells various nebulizers and knows the specs.

It's been some time ago that I researched this for myself when I
was looking at purchasing a nebulizer and many on this list
were discussing adapting room humidifiers. If that is all you have
then it is better than nothing but an ultrasonic humidifier is not
equivalent to an ultrasonic nebulizer. That is my only point.

It's startling how often we hand our power over to others out
of fear that we are not equipped to make the best decision.

Perhaps if we were empowered from an early age to exercise
our power rather than having it taken from us by well meaning
but misguided care givers we would act differently.

PT Barnum was right and who can blame him for making his
fortune on the willingness of people to be deceived.

Patrick Swayze was contacted by many people who offered
alternative treatment information. He chose to die the way he
did. It was his path and only he could have altered it, not his
doctors, who were just selling their chosen product, however
ineffective. I don't think it is right but then maybe they
are not

equipped to make good choices either.

It's a free will zone, at least as adults, which I grant you
is too

little too late. Kids are the one who need
to be protected from the usurpation of their power so they grow
up to be confident and empowered adults.

Burt Berkson MD of Los Cruces NM has treated advance
Pancreatic Cancer with IV Alpha Lipoic Acid and Low Dose
Naltrexone, even presented successful outcomes to the powers
that be, who did not want to know. Today is the 5th Annual LDN
Conference being held at the NIH in Maryland, with Dr Berkson
as Keynote speaker. Yet very few will hear of LDN or the many
other alt cancer treatments because they are not looking!

her new book “Knockout” on CNN’s Larry King at 9:00pm EST. Along with
her are two doctors I know, one of which is a long time client Nicholas
Gonzalez MD, an expert on pancreatic cancer.

Suzanne’s new book, being released tomorrow, is about new, more
realistic treatments for cancer and Nick is the featured doctor.
Suzanne interviewed nine of his patients, who, had they been treated
with conventional cancer treatments, would have been dead years ago.
The show was taped last Tuesday. I was preparing Nick for the interview
for over a week.

There were two doctors brought on the show to act as counterpoint.
Originally, the two counterpoint doctors were the oncologists that
treated Patrick Swayze and Farrah Fawcett – but they both backed out
when they found out what the interview was actually about.

Had they brought Fisher, Swayze’s doctor, Nick would have been asked
point blank by Larry King “Dr. Gonzalez, if Patrick Swayze had come to
you with his pancreatic cancer problem, instead of Dr. Fisher, would he
be alive today?”

Nick’s answer would have been “Yes Larry, he would be, and he’d be
around for years to come.”

This is a monumental victory – reaching all the way into the
conventional media.

Just so you know – I have access to the real data about cancer and the
war on cancer. In short, official studies show that the most standard
of treatments, chemotherapy, has ONLY a 2.1% five-year survival rate.
That’s right, 97.9% of the people with cancer who go the chemo route,
are dead before five years. And, the cost of the treatments usually
breaks the families financially.

We, the people have been fighting the “War on Cancer” since 1972 and
cancer now gets a bigger percentage of the population than it did then.
That fact says it all about the quality of, and who controls, the US
health care system.

Re: CS>equine nebulizer

2009-10-15 Thread Garnet
Use the equine nebuliser, not the humidifier. The humidifier
makes
larger droplets and they will not reach deep into the lungs
before

condensing. The nebuliser makes a smaller droplet.

If the horse is coughing and trying to clear mucous Guaifenisin
will help liquify the mucous. Your vet may carry it or order
from

a farm supply.

The second: ?Congratulations to the AAHF/ANH on their

major issue, and activated it. You need to know about this.

The third: ?A4M Sues Wikipedia - Quackbuster(?)

Chapparal is suppose to eliminate herpes from the body when
taken for 30 days.

I have used Lomatium root tincture to treat active herpes, might
be something to use for a while when there is nerve pain.
St John's Wort is often combined with Lomatium for viral
treatment. Herb Pharm makes a combination tincture.

Also 500 - 1000 mg a day of BHT kills envelope viruses
including herpes and Epstein Bar. I mixed bulk powder in
Organic Olive Oil, you need to take it with a fatty meal or
in oil. Keep Hope Alive had this on their website years ago
for HIV. You can also use it topically.

Re: CS>Bone Spur . . . Rude Post by Dave Darrin

2009-10-10 Thread Garnet
Personally I am on a lot of lists, and I find it difficult
remembering every
intro post I have ever read. If someone repeatedly reminds
me that they
are dealing with a disability then I eventually do remember,
but one mention
in thousands of messages is just not going to stand out for
me. That is

assuming he even saw your intro.

I think Dave made a reasonable request, he asked politely,
he said please,
he was clear and he provided evidence of what was bothering
him, which
to me is helpful. He did not use demeaning language, he
simply pointed
out the number and nature of the typos. They were excessive
and I had

a hard time reading that message as well.

How else could he have stated his request? Are people
suppose to turn
themselves inside out trying not to offend someone for fear
that they are

of XYZ belief or physical condition or impairment?

We could all take offense at something, but we generally
don't in the interest
of group harmony. The person that went off at Dave as if he
was targeting
someone with a disability intentionally is more remiss IMHO
than Dave was

in requesting reviewing for typos.
