Hi!
welcome on board :)
I'd like to know how i can begin helping, a had a look around but
haven't found anything like a todo list or some bug to try to fix, for
now i just played making attempts to save
It looks like ubitux already has a patch for this here :
https://code.launchpad.net/~ubitux/pymsn/foo-bug-fix
We should probably merge his bzr changes into our git repository...
Thanks ubitux for telling us (over IRC).. and thanks Luca for reporting!

an unused configuration file, while
Gnome/KDE default fonts are stored elsewhere?

Humm... so your default font is Droid Sans 9, and tk thinks it's DejaVu
Sans
12 ?
not cool in that case...

It's weird, 'cause aMSN is using Droid Sans 10, an my system font is
Droid Sans 9...

Well that's what i just explained, Tk already takes care of finding the
system font for us, it's the special font name
DP on
top), which is under the frame, in the middle rectangle, with it size (like
a real picture frame).
2009/4/22 Youness Alaoui kakar...@kakaroto.homelinux.net
Ok cool
well basically, when you have the DP in the contact list, we want a frame
around it, currently, the frame is 1 pixel
when offline. Since actually in aMSN, if we enable show the DP
of the users, and we have mobile users, does not look right.
Correct if i am wrong... how WLM look like there?
Cheers.

Hi,
I agree with it all.. I'd like to see some
Well, I use {MS Sans serif, 10} on windows, and I think on linux, I use
{Arial 12}.. The default we use I think is {Helvetica 11}.. if someone has a
better font to suggest, then please suggest it and we can discuss it... But
note that it should be a font available on a bare system (without msfonts
think about it.

By the way, compare these :

You can see how the font size can change from one person to another.. and
no, all
the font size is correct, this problem is mostly due to people with wrong
DPI settings.. search the forum, there's a thread about it.
And yeah, the font size is always dependant on the DPI, the screen size,
resolution, etc...

Hi,
I agree with it all.. I'd like to see some option in the skins's setting
like dp_in_cl_sizeor something similar, also some options to say where (4
corners) of the 'dp frames' the dp should be...
I also agree about the naming convention, it's confusing.
Who wants to code it ? :)

wtf? why threads and mutexes and stuff? is there anything to actually
justify having a thread?

[::skin::loadPixmap buthangup] - this one must be done, i'd prefer a

this one should be different from the one in the chat window
