The BO related metadata is stored in the DB under the BOAdmin schema, Remedy
data is under ARAdmin. I'm not sure of the steps to get you back pointing to
your dev environment. We did something similar and wound up having to pull a
contractor back in (the one who set everything up) to clean it
on

history button above the work detail table (on the Problem Investigation
form) allowing you to view all work detail entries in a long running text field

I would recommend using the 7.6.00 reference architecture specifications (they
provide 3 models based on a small, medium, large deployment) and in my
experience so far I would add 15%-20% to the recommended midtier specs for
7.6.04. Just my opinion. Nate.

it’s intended for quick operational level reporting and data presentation.
It’s not meant to be an enterprise level analytics tool like Analytics.

Correct, for Analytics the joins are built within the universe to define the
relationships between objects. It builds the SQL join string which is really
what a Join form is effectively.

use the midtier all you have to do is have
the ACD build a dynamic URL to open the target form with your person
identifiers as URL parameters, then open the URL... much easier.

rename must adhere to:
1.)Does it contain the words Service,Management, or Automation (if
no, try again)
2.)Can it be represented in a 3-5 letter acronym that is earily similar to
everything else we sell?
