Automating 500 Crystal Reports from Remedy in 1 hr-recent exper.

Maybe not a big deal but I wrote a V B/CrystalReports package that accessed the Remedy database directly thru API, and generated 6 kinds of reports x 70 addressees in 1 hr.. The method recommend 'by others' was to use  IMacros/VBscript and emulate keystrokes (notoriously fragile)
