This is true but the 3/8" fuel line is not specific to the SS396 cars in 69. The Malibu 350 4 barrels also had a 3/8" fuel line. Trooper It should have a 3/8" fuel line. Also, what plant was the car built at? This is out of my own curiosity. Tom

After looking some more I found that same chart in CHEVROLET BY THE NUMBERS by Alan L.Colvin.It shows that number for 1968 Chevelles. In 1969 the number was 13637 for 2 door coupe with SS 396 being an option. 1969 and up could not be identified by the VIN. do you have a print date on that book?
