the easiest solution seem to be to install the Windows Subsystem Linux (WSL)
from the microsoft website. This will give you a working perl installation and
everything. If you take the ubuntu flavor of WSL, you should then install the

I think that the current configuration format [1] is hindering the
usability of po4a. I would like to redesign it, for example as a YAML
file. One could dream of something similar to the gitlab-ci.yml format
[2] or the travis one [3].

"Processing Instructions" in XML.
So I tend to think that there is no bug here. You should keep that string in a
C<...> thing to keep it verbatim in the output.

manually with encoding, I switched to PerlIO, the modernity introduced 15 years
ago to Perl.
This makes the code more maintainable on the long term, but it will very

to fetch translations, build the html and push it online. It should be
automatized, but tbh the whole website should be revamped and the build process
improved.

new Gemini package. Could you guys please update your translations? The delay
is somewhat short, but the stats are rather good already:

I just released a new version of po4a, mostly for the new gemtext module. It
also fixes some bugs introduced by the big cleanups of 0.70. It seems that
there is another bug around the --translate-only option.
