Fleetwood, having read 75% of Emotional Intelligence 2.0 by Bradberry and Greaves, I'd say that the phrase toxic people is NOT very emotionally intelligent! Plus, I have not seen any phrase even suggesting such a concept in the book. The authors focus on toxic behavior and how to manage it.
