1. Start with a blank document.

senders" and have it checked. You will then need to tab multiple times to
find Skype preview and other Sky
.This would at least let you know if the problem
was with the styles. Again, though, I don't know if this should be done in an
Office 365 installation.

Yes. These shortcut keys can be used instead of going into the contextual
menu when nothing is selected and picking the appropriate item in the View
submenu. I believe that if you are in the UK the shift key is dropped from
the keystrokes.
