I had this problem in the past and contacted them about it. Suggested
various things including clearing cache. Don’t know why this would have an
effect and not sure that this was what got it sorted out but no longer
having problem.

Regarding having an existing MyHeritage membership and the Legacy Family
Tree offer, I phoned the MyHeritage helpline and explained my predicament.
After a bit of checking we managed to sort out a mutually acceptable
solution.

step process. I had expected that export would include download. Where as
you need to export and then click download. Then gedcom did appear in
download folder.

I create mine from the "Internet" tab, then the "Web Pages" section, and
I pick the "Descendent" style. (First I go to the top person in my
tree). That'll create a pretty nice report for you that you can look at
with your browser. If you know any HTML you can pretty it up even better.

you remove the citation from the event or piece of data, it's deleted.
As for recovering it, you can try a backup or, if you knew what it was, find
someone or something that uses the same citation. Then copy the details to the
source clipboard and you're away.

Has the ability to type I (Ctrl-I in previous versions) in the Family View
to bring up the Name List been removed by Build 412 ?

In the version previous to v8, I was able to switch between two files with a
couple of clicks. In V8 it seems more difficult. Is there an easier way to
move between two files.

services:
i.e. the Legacy mail server, not having verified my name against my email
address.

a child is highlighted in the scrolling grid of children, the text, whether
originally red for females or blue for males, changes colour to white. This is
very easy to see against a blue background. Using the default(?) 'Windows 7
Scenic' style.
