Kiernan, another bug in Protel Gerber generation that you will likely run into soon according to what you have just stated, involves Octagon pads. I do not know the details as I never use them myself but reportedly Protel does not generate the correct rotation of octagonal pads in Gerber.

(Latest version) If you are in SCH and set two location markers, jumping between them works ok BUT try using the PAGEUP/PAGEDOWN keys after that without a slight wiggle of the mouse. The zoom in function doesn't center properly as it does normally around the current cursor position. (Very minor)
