That's likely the MAPI regression introduced in SM 2.22. This might be

with an attached picture,
I get the SeaMonkey home page. I could not get further support from Picasa.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I really want to be able to
e-mail pictures to family and friends both domestic and overseas.

this only works through WIN-RAR, for which I must pay to subscribe. Is
there any other way to get this fix? (Oracle only supports CSI
customers, whatever that is.)
