Oops I fear their iMovie quicktime mpeg4 screencast suffers from the kbits/kbytes confusion. The voice says to use 90 kbytes, but the screencast shows that the box is asking for bitrate in kbits. Therefore its possible they really mean for you to enter a bitrate such as 720 if your version uses
