I don't use Pages on my iPad. It is clunky and slow for my needs. I have an app
called Textilus, but it also is slow.
Instead, I use several DropBox textfile editors. My favorite is Notesy. All
they need to do is add RTF support to it and Ill really be happy with it.

You don't. That is why I keep a working extra copy of a version of an app that
I use more often. I also don't update just because there are new updates. I
wait and see from other users for example on this list to see if it is
accessible. I don't do this with every single update there is because
for the apps that I mostly rlay on I Keep an version of a working app outside
my itunes, so I Can rollback.
just my thoughts.
