Is there any reason why this feature couldn't be eliminated, so we can
proceed calling that station without having to re-enable the “Enable Tx”
button when an "RR73" message is received

That's almost a QSY request but that format is expecting a 3
1190 KHz instead of 1908
KHz. By the time manually set VFO-B to 1908 MHz, H40YM disappeared into the
noise.

I thought that free form messages were not supposed to trigger the display of a
country name because of the possibility of improper interpretation of the
letters following the CQ characters.
Using R3035, in FT8, with the "Allow Tx frequency changes while transmitting"
box UNCHECKED, I am still able to change the TX frequency by Shift-clicking on
a different frequency on the waterfall.

grid in the Russian Arctic region. $100 to the first guy to work a legitimate
