Don't know how WSJT-X is being built for the Linux crowd but perhaps we should
mitigate anyways by adding the recommend line so the relocation tables are
retained just-in-case? The only mingw build I'm familiar with is mingw-32 for
hamlib.

FYI...was trying to chase this down and noticed that sending output the speaker
and capturing that the problem disappeared...would reappear on the virtual
cable (VB-Cable).Rebooted and the problem disappeared on VB-Cable too.

The main solution was turning on HRD logging :-)
Other things had to do with audio settings for operations, wide graph settings,
and such.
