Hi!! Well, I make my own CS and take about 1/3 cup orally occasionally as a
preventive, and more if anything is “going around“, like now! I’ve never
nebulized it, I don’t know how.
I got Lyme in 1990 in Arkansas, learned of silver in 1996.
I’ve helped many people and animals with it; and that’s a blessing to me!

Re: CSSolution for warts?

2012-12-02 Thread Marshalee Hallett
Hi, Mary Ann,
I had a plantar wart myself back in the 90`s, that was before I learned
about CS. Had to have a doctor dig it out...that was nasty!
Here`s my advice: get a plastic shoebox, fill it just deep enough to cover
the wart, soak the foot for 5 minutes a few times a day, and see if that
will do the trick. No need to renew the CS each time, just keep it covered
when you`re done, so it doesn`t spill or evaporate. (This worked wonders
for my son who had cracked and bleeding heels, boy, it made a believer out
of him, when in a week his feet were smooth and all healed up!)
Good luck!!!

On Thu, Aug 16, 2012 at 9:09 AM, Lena Guyot drumr...@stny.rr.com wrote:

 HI Paul,
Psoriasis (P) seems to have many reasons, thus many remedies that sort of
work for a while and then don't. Being a Lymie, I've found that P, for me,
is an expression of my liver being over-burdened and the skin taking out
 the trash, and manifesting inflammation.

When I first started Salt C, my P diminished somewhat, then plateaued
and as I killed more and more Lyme, it was hard to do enough detox to
relieve the skin and things more or less returned.

I'd tried Milk Thistle, but it didn't do much, until this spring, someone
mentioned higher dosing and within 2 weeks, several of my more
recently-arrived patches completely cleared up! I was experimenting with 3
caps a day. Now have gone to 4. (headaches appeared at increase, then
tapered off) Now my patches are more like clusters of islands, instead of
solid continents, and the rate of scale build-up is much slower.

Stress, hot, humid weather, definitely don't help. Not scratching them
until they flake off and bleed is another thing. I've found that clear
packing tape, rubbed on hard with a spoon, then peeled off, will remove
scales well, without the bleeding, which I think triggers more inflammation.

Argan oil, applied several times a day also seems to calm the skin a bit.
I put it in a small roll-on bottle (eBay) to make it go farther, as it's
 expensive.

I'm convinced that P, like Lyme, can be a group of things, which would
explain why remedies work for a while and then don't, as secondary fungi,
or infections become the new insurgents. Just my opinion: not a doc, just a
 Lymie lab-rat.

I tried Low-Dose Naltrexone for a couple months as that had been highly
touted for P arthritis, but to my horror, I had new outbreaks on my face
where there'd never been before, so quit.

My local pharmacist mixes a topical creme base with Gotu-Kola, emptied
from herbal caps, and that seems to help soften scales so they come off
more easily. I've tried that, along with adding Feverfew herb powder to the
 mix.
I read the P sufferers are sometimes deficient in Fumaric acid, so I tried
that and it helped break 'continents' into 'islands' a bit, but slowly.I
still take one a day just in case.

Recently, this summer, I had small (o)-sized red spots with dry scaly
centers pop up in new places and feared they'd be new P, then googled
around and found that there is a certain form of strep rash that can
happen. I Rifed for all the strep in the CAFL list and the spots faded away.
Colloidal silver seems to knock out some of the pathogens that might be
along for the ride on major patches.

This is a tough one! The old ad saying 'The heartbrak of Psoriasis' wasn't
kidding. The TV-advertised pharma has too many black-box warnings for me.
Anything that compromises the immune system, especially for Lymies, is a
step in the WRONG direction. So many promising pharmaceutical that I
resisted over the years would now have entitled me to being part a many
class-actions suits, that I'm never tempted by their superficial fixes. If
the remedy doesn't actually work at the very basic cause, it's a waste of
time, $$$, and possibly one's ability to heal.

On other issues, I've had good luck with Chinese traditional medicines,
(TCMs) with some that are pre-made as teapills, for general conditions, but
the couple I tried for P didn't do anything, which means they might have to
be custom-made by an expert Chinese herbalist, who can assess you
personally, and I have none in my area.

Hope something here is of use.
 Be well,
 Léna

The body has miraculous healing powers. After the CMO stops the
destruction, then the body has a chance to heal it. It is like if you have
a house that is on fire. No matter how fast you rebuild it will still be
destroyed. And if the fires is being set by firebugs, then putting out the
fire will only help for a while. First you get rid of the firebugs, then
you put the fire out, then you rebuild. The CMO puts the fire out.

CMO only stops the damage being done by the autoimmune attack. It does
nothing to repair the damage. The best way to handle it is use a 3 step
 protocol.

 1. Get rid of any pathogens that could be triggering an autoimmune
response. CS is one very good way to do that.
 2. Once clear of pathogens, take the course of CMO.
 3. Once finished with that, take Glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin
and/or other supplements to rebuild the damage.

My arthritis did not completely go away until around 3 months after
finishing the CMO, as it took that long to rebuild the joints.

A few months ago, my knee started aching again, as did my shoulder, so I
re-read up on it, and found that sometimes one needs to take another course
of it after a few years, so I ordered in some more CMO from Duoflex. Well,
after just one bottle, (30 capsules over 10 days) my knees are feeling lots
better now, and the shoulder is fine. (I gave the extra bottle and cream to
my friend, who also has bone spurs and joint pains. I hope it`ll help her!)
I have told my bone doc about CMO and I hope he`ll look into it.
Also I discovered that eating cheese and drinking store-bought milk makes
my joints hurt, so maybe that was the insult that started my arthritis up
to begin with. I`m off them now and feel much better.
Hope this helps...

Dear Debra and everyone,
Speaking of big pharma drugs, here`s a good one for you:
Just last week I saw my doc for a checkup. He saw my BP was rather high and
recommended a med for it. I said, Well, OK, I`ll try one, even though I
hate taking meds. So he gave me a scrip for 10 mg. Lisinopril.
Like a dummy, I filled it before reading up on it. (Only paid 3 bucks, but
being on SSI disability, even that is a lot.)
So I got home, and started reading the blurb the pharmacy gave me. Sounded
rather icky, so I looked Lisinopril up on the Internet. I found and read
about 85 tales of incredible woe by folks who the Lisinopril had done dirt
to.
I decided not to take that crap, for sure!!!
Well, a few minutes later my new roommate Kathy came home from work. She
was feeling yucky as usual. I told her the doc gave me a scrip for
Lisinopril and how horrible it sounded. She said That is what I`m taking!
She was getting 20 mg. or twice what the doc had prescribed for me. I showed
her the info on the internet and she said, WOW! I`m not taking this any
more! Turns out she had nine of the ten worst side-effects!
3 days later she was really improving, and yesterday she was able to clean
her room and get the furniture all rearranged. This from a gal who would
sleep solidly for 12 hours or more every weekend...
She has had thyroid cancer, so she has no thyroid, and we both thought it
was the thyroid meds not working that was making her so miserable. Not! The
doc who prescribed it never told her not to take it with NSAIDs, well she
takes 800 mg Ibuprofen for the spine damage from her car wreck in 2005!!!
(She and her mom were in a car that was the filling in a semi-truck
sandwich!! That is quite a story...)
So now Kathy is really improving, and I`ve been saved from misery.
How`s that???!!! Whew...

better.)
I use 2 cups of room temp. DW, and 2 five-inch long pieces of 14 gauge .999
fine silver wires. I hook them to the box with alligator clips, and use a
glass 2-cup measuring cup, used only for CS making. I leave it for 1 hour
which gives about 18 PPM clear CS. Thanks to CS I`m well, and I`m not blue
or gray (other than the hair, and well, I`m 58 now, so yes it IS supposed to
be gray!) The CS has worked well for my animals too.

I just had to report on what happened to me last Sunday night. Some time
during the night in my sleep, I was bitten by a poisonous spider just behind
the finger nail on my left index finger. It's not the first time I have been
bitten by a spider but it doesn't happen very often, maybe once in 10 years,
but enough to tell you, I know what bit me. Here in N.Tx. we have brown
recluse spiders that usually leave people alone unless we bump into each
other by accident, usually in the dark because they don't like light. Behind
my bed it is almost always dark and guess I hung my arm off the bed during
 my sleep.
by the time I woke up Mon. morning, my L.index finger was swelling up with
a nice ruby red glow down to the knuckle. I was a bit slow on the up take
about the problem the rest of the day, but by Tue morning the finger was
tender to the touch and swollen to the max from just behind the fingernail
to the tip of my finger.
The spider bites I endured before stayed swollen for nearly a week and by
the time the poison burst out, I wound up with nasty scars, so I knew this
bite wasn't going to get any better by itself and without antibiotics, I was
most likely going to loose the fingernail and have a nasty healing. So I
poured a 100% solution of CS into a shot glass my son left behind after a
visit a while back and sat down to stare at the boob tube. I let the finger
soak for an hour and checked it and pus was starting to drain from out from
under the cuticle. I used a paper towel to daub the milky looking stuff up,
enough drained out to equal about 3 cc's into the paper towel. What a
relief. The best thing is that after soaking for another hour, I repeated
the draining process to glean out the last of the poisonous stuff and by
wed. morning my finger was down to normal size again. This is not common for
what I experienced from earlier bites that I had a doctor lance. No scars,
the nail area is once again healthy looking. I can draw no other conclusion
 than this, CS works!
 Have a great day.

Well, I have 2 large nodules in the right side, which take up most of the
gland on that side. He wants to remove just that side. I`m wondering if they
are the cause of the miserable pulsatile tinnitus (a grinding pulsating
sound in my right ear) which drives me crazy sometimes. (It is so hard to
get to sleep with a loud constant vroom, vroom, vroom in the ear!!) If so,
perhaps getting rid of the things will stop that. Boy, that would sure be
nice!
I also have to wash my food down with fluids, I`m wondering if that is also
because of the nodules.
What is a FNB? My bloodwork is normal for thyroid, if that is what you mean.
Marshalee

 Hey Marshalee,

Why does your doc want to do away with your thyroid? Maybe I misread
something. Is it because you have nodules? Did your FNB came back normal?

I had horrible problems around 2000. The thyroid panel the Internal med
Dr. did showed normal, however, I found a lump in my throat and was sent
to an Endocrinologist who did the FNB which was ok but the other thyroid
panel showed antibodies which indicated I have Hashimoto's. Another test
showed 3 nodules. I take Synthtroid. It was a rough ride for awhile but
 things have settled down now.

 Hope you do well
 Edith

I thought you had a biopsy (FNB = Fine Needle Biopsy) There is a blood
work panel for antibodies which is important. Medication helps the nodules
shrink so that may help with the swallowing and the pulsing.

 Good luck,

Re: CSThyroid help???

Oops, I meant to say nodules.
I too have cysts on my head and elsewhere, they are sebaceous cysts,
nonmalignant globs of skin oils called sebum, which over time had built up
and formed a bump because the follicle didn`t have an opening to the outside
to let the sebum out. Easily removed. It`s a hereditary thing, my dad and my
youngest son both had/have them.
I did have a scan and a needle biopsy on my nodules. No cancer, so far...
Last night I ordered in an iodine preparation from the Global Healing Center
(on the Internet) where I get my Calcium/Magnesium Orotate from, I hope that
might help. I haven`t gotten the results back from my bloodwork yet, I hope
to find out if my thyroid is working well or not.
Anyone else have nodules or other thyroid experiences?

What do you call a 'thyroid cyst'?

The reason I ask is cos one of my daughters had a small cyst {quack
diagnosed} right in the middle of the top of her head {the 'fontinel' spot I
spose one could say} and just want to know if it's the same thing, if not,
then I needn't go any further.

For what it`s worth: I have discovered that consuming dairy products makes

while taking the CMO.

Over about a 30 year period with arthritis like symptoms, I have found
 out a thing or two...

I have found that coffee gives me major joint and connective tissue
pain. I had to stop all coffee for about 1 month before the effects
of it went away. Drinking a cup of weak coffee once a week was enough
to keep up some amount of pain.

I took glucosamine for about 20 years and it was pretty effective, but
found that over that time I started to get intestinal inflammation
issues which increased over time. I found that I also have
inflammation from shrimp (and possibly other shellfish) and am not
sure if it is a result of the sensitivity to the glucosamine over time
(glucosamine is made from chitin from shellfish) or what, because I
have eaten shrimp for years. I found that some of my relatives from
my father's side have similar, or worse, reaction to glucosamine. So
now I can't take glucosamine any more.

However, I am relatively free of joint pain and do about 6 hours of
strenuous Chen style T'ai Chi (look it up on youtube) a week.

Things I have found that help greatly are avoiding Coffee (or anything
else that one may have a food sensitivity to), making sure that one's
body is not acidic, and taking a certain amount of magnesium chloride
 as a supplement.

The other thing that helped tremendously was supplementing with boron
(borax). The borax got rid of a pain in my hand that I had for about
a year from where the joints had been crushed together during a
joint-locking technique. A normal person would have gotten over this
in a few weeks, but my pain lingered. After taking the borax the pain
disappeared, and I could also make a fist as hard as I could without
any sort of joint pain. A person with arthritis in the hands will
know what I am talking about. The borax seemed to sort of harden the
joints (in a good way) and get rid of the weak feelings.

I think an acidic body is also extremely important in producing the
condition of arthritis or joint pain, so figuring out how to get back
 into pH balance is important.

I also have taken CMO without apparent effect, but I think that
effect, for me, appears over a longer time, so I wouldn't discount it.
I think that it is one of the things that has helped, but it wasn't
the only thing that was necessary for me.

So, these are the things that I think help for arthritis/rheumatism:

1.) Refrain from anything that causes food sensitivities.
2.) Take something like Concentrace to supplement your magnesium.
 3.) Try supplementing Boron.
4.) Get your pH into the correct range.
5.) Try a course of CMO (Cetyl Myristoleate )
6.) Be smart about it. Use your mind to monitor what you are doing
and the effects of it on your body...

Hi! Thanks for the birthday wishes! I have a lovely 14 year old girl who has
been walking my Pugs for me recently, and when she knew it was my birthday,
she gave me a Pug picture she had drawn in pastel, it is darling! (She is
very talented. That is something I wish I could do!!) She also gave me a
really cute toy Pug that moves and barks. She made my day very special! I`m
grateful for her friendship, especially since I`m living alone now and it
gets really lonely around here sometimes. (Thank Goodness for my Puggies!
With them and the other pets, I`m hanging in there... :o)
I still have achy days, especially when I walk on grass or any other
uneven surface. That`s the brain damage kicking in, I guess. I also have a
burning ache in a foot bone that is very annoying. (The Xray of it was
normal). My hotpad is my best friend now! The heat really helps.
I think the thing that helps me the most is my thumpy massager. I use it
every evening when I lay down on my bed to read. While lying on my side I
run it down my back, holding it by the cord. It really loosens up the
muscles and I sleep well. I got mine at Walmart for 30 some bucks.
The other great thing: I have my massage-therapist friend back in town.
She`d been gone for 2 years, but came back to Provo recently. I traded her a
laptop for some rubs, and boy, do they help!! I get an hour rub, clothed,
for 20 bucks, not bad.
I hope some of these suggestions will help you, too!

PS, for anyone interested, I used the Duoflex brand of CMO. It also helped
my former high-school Spanish teacher, who is still my friend forty years
later!! She`s 71 now.

OK!
I was bitten 20 years ago this summer, while living in Arkansas. Tick was on

(He refused to xray my high school freshman daughter`s broken foot, so she
walked for 2 years on a broken tarsus!) The idiot gave me 60 mg of doxy for
10 days. Of course I eventually went into 4th stage disseminated Lyme...
Moved to Wisconsin in 1996, the idiot doc there refused to believe I could
still have LD after 6 years of doxy. Refused to give me any more doxy. 3
months later I was dying. I was SO sick! I said a prayer for help, and was
heard, as my old friend from jr. college days sent me some papers she`d
found used as packing in a box she`d received in the mail. It was Mark
Metcalf`s info on CS!! It included what CS is, how to make it and a list of
650 diseases it can cure, one of which was Lyme. I`m so glad she thought of
me and sent the info along!
My son found some silver wire, made up the generator and I got well again,
except for the permanent brain damage the DD caused. I`m disabled now as I
can`t walk much.
I`m a LOT better now at almost 58 than I was at 38!!

Hi, Kathy, welcome to the List!
I`m Marshalee, I`ve been on the list since 1996 or so. (Still pink as a

I used to have bad asthma, too, but since I started taking CS (and moving to
the lovely, dry, flea-free desert of Utah,) the asthma is gone, and I only
have a slight hay fever come spring. I have an inhaler but haven`t needed it
for a couple of years... Ought to toss it out, I suppose.
No colds or flu for years, too.
Thank God!!

Hi, Lois, Tell me, if you please, the nature of your gift, and how did you
find out or realize that you had it. I first found out I could sense quakes
in 1992, with the Landers quake. We were living in Phoenix at the time, and
enough energy from the 7.2 quake came our way that we actually had a few
hundred gallons of water slosh out of our pool. That was a weird sight. (A
little boy was killed when the fireplace in the home fell on him. Sad.) I
realized that I`d been having strange feelings all the day before, so from
then on I began to watch; sure enough, if I felt those sensations, soon
there would be a (fatal) quake. I got the 1994 Northridge quake, and exactly
a year later, the Kobe, Japan quake. I remember my son waking me up saying,
Mom, there has been a big quake in Japan! You were right.
Over time, I learned to recognize warnings of weather things, plane crashes,
and such.
More people are willing to believe me now, as others have come forth with
the same gift, talent or whatever it can be best called. I saw one lady in
Oregon who can also do this on a TV program, well, I found her phone number

CMO is made from beef tallow, it was developed at Stanford University
Medical Center. It works by turning off the T4 white blood cells somehow, so
that they stop eating the joints, instead of invading pathogens, like
they`re supposed to do. Once they are stopped, the body can (hopefully)
heal. My friend had good results in her sore hands and so on, but her knees
are so far gone, they are being replaced. One is done, and she feels vastly
better with it. The next one will be replaced next month.

I also want to confirm that CS with DMSO was the only thing this person
took prior to his second blood test.
The CS I make is around 10 ppm and I added 5% DMSO to improve penetration
and get maximum benefit for this person. (I thought about adding a few
drops of H202 but decided against it). We agreed he would take two
tablespoons every 30 minutes at first (it was probably not necessary to take
that much, but we felt his body would just eliminate what it didn't use and
we wanted to give it a good shot).

First 48 hours : 2 Tablespoons CS with DMSO every 30 minutes (when he was
awake: no effort was made to take it during the night for example).
Second 48 hours : 2 tablespoons CS with DMSO every hour during waking
 hours.
Thereafter, 2 tablespoons early morning, noon, afternoon and evening.

Now he only takes the CS in the evening and on waking in the morning
because he drinks kefir water while at work during the day. He takes the
kefir at least two hours after taking the CS/DMSO, with the understanding
that they should not be taken together. This maintenance dose is 2
tablespoons each CS/DMSO three times a day : twice in the evening and on
 waking in the morning.

I've learned a lot from all of you on the Silver List--almost everything I
know about the subject of CS/EIS--so I want to thank you all for your

Yes, CS is the ONLY thing that stopped my Lyme. Doxy for 6 years didn`t. (I

Only side effects: it stops mild depressions, eases a allergic reactions and
asthma. (All in my own personal experience.)
CS made the way I make it won`t turn you blue as it is so fine it is easily

I take 1 swallow per day as a preventive, 3 for active infections (as in

My swallow = 1/3 Cup.
Dangers? none!
Have used it successfully for birds (giardia) guinea pigs (eye infections)
Pugs (smelly breath) plants (mold) and cut flowers (they last for weeks!)

helped too much so I'm looking into other options. CS appears to be a

become somewhat expensive at $100 per 118 ml bottle. So I have some
 questions, if you don't mind.

Are you confident CS was the primary reason for the Lyme being cured?
Could it have been something else?

What was the strength and dosage you were taking, and for what duration?

What side effects should I be concerned about? (so far the only thing I've

Who manufactures a good product at a reasonable price?

Is is worth making my own CS solution, how difficult is it, and what

2009-06-01 Thread Marshalee Hallett
I was bitten on the face twice by a recluse, one by my right eye, the other
on my cheekbone area. The darn spider was living behind my pillows!! This
was in Vallejo, CA. I was on CS already as a preventive, and when I realized
the red spots weren`t just zits, I began applying CS directly to the bites.
After a day or so they went to a dry black scab, and when the scabs dropped
I had 2 small pits in the skin, still visible now, 10 years later. I can
live with that! No horrible scars from skin grafts. Thanks, CS!!!Marshalee

 Hi,

This story might or might not apply to a tick bite.

About 8 months ago I was bitten 4 times by a Brown Recluse Spider. On the
bottom of my foot arch, between the fore and middle finger and twice on my
right inner knee. It was actually two bites close to each other on the
inner knee. I was soaking my feet and left shin (infection), in Epsom Salt
water or I would not have known heat and drawing would help at all. When
the first bites happened, my knee itched intensely and I thought it was a
chigger bite because I react strongly to these and this was all I could
compare it to at the moment.

I put 7% iodine on the four bites, thinking it was chigger bites because
 I'd
been working in the weeds on an electric fence, and then working by night
lights, brushing cob webs off with a 10 foot long cob web brush. Wrong
 thing to assume!

I soaked my feet and left shin shortly after this in Epsom Salt water and
this means my bitten foot and right hand were soaked in Epsom Salts and
 very
hot water. I did not do anything to my knee area.

Two hours later my gigantically swollen knee was throbbing in intense pain
and I could not sleep for the horrific pain. I decided to use Epsom Salts
on the knee the next day but it was too late to change most of the end
results. I also used the Epsom Salt water on the foot and right hand twice
a day from the beginning. No fan of most doctors, it didn't enter my head
to see a doctor until over a full day after this, when I realized I needed
 a
second opinion. The doctor diagnosed it as Brown Recluse Spider bites and
by now the knee had blistered and broken open, and was draining. I had a
bandage over it. I asked if Epsom Salt water would help. Yes, was the
answer. I also had to take two weeks of antibiotics, which I absolutely
hate to do, then deal with the most awful pain from the bites, the knee
being far and away the worst. The doctor said the drainage was staph and
 to
be very careful and avoid touching the fluid. I was also told more than
likely I would have to have the bites surgically cleaned out later. The
center of the inner knee bites was a glowing red 2 inch circle and the
 outer
circle was 4 more inches, or a total of 6 inches across. I had no idea if
the swelling would keep going or not. The pain stayed intense on the knee
for perhaps 2 weeks. The other bites did not blister and break open,
because in my opinion, I had treated them nearly immediately after the
 bites
and they responded to the heat and drawing. Not that they weren't painful
and swollen but nothing like my knee!

In the end, my finger and foot arch bites resolved slowly and were alright.
The knee swelling and redness began to recede very slowly and at about week
three, after keeping on with the Epsom Salt soaks and antibiotics (until
used up), the bite began to take on a black look where the terrible red
 look
was. I wondered if this would have to be scraped out but I think the Epsom
Salt did the work and it finally disappeared. It was a very painful, long
tedious time of wondering how it would end. No one should ever have to
 live
through this kind of bite and I'm wondering why no one has ever found a
 cure
 for it before this.

We have a thunderstorm approaching so will close down and continue the
 story
of the next two Brown Recluse Spider bites in the next letter.

just fine. But this past week I've had the characteristic pain and swelling
of the joint at the right big toe. I'm writing because I believe that I've
had a lot of relief by using a salve of concentrated CS, and I'm hoping for
 any comments from the list.

About three days into the pain, it wasn't quite as bad as it had been in
the past, but then I noticed a lot of swelling. I made a salve, starting
with two soft-gels of vitamin A, and an equal amount of aloe vara, then I
mixed to a paste. I added concentrated, Mexican CS liberally, then I
eyedroppered about six drops of DMSO. Mixing was a bit laborious, like
doing oil and vinegar, and I applied this over the inflamed area.

After doing this once a day for three days, the inflamation was gone, and I
could pretty much walk normally, without a limp! What I do, after coating
the area liberally is to cover with a small piece of plastic, then I tape
this down, using duct tape. This way I can take the dressing off after
about six hours, and see that virtually all of the salve has been absorbed
 (via the DMSO)!

Any comments would be appreciated. I'm also keen to know the correct
amount of DMSO to use, since some medical professioanls seem to believe that
this will go straight to some vital organ or the other, bringing about
 damage.

 Thanks!
 Reid
P.S. think about a trip to Mexico, to buy the concentrated CS, if for no
 other reason.

WEEKEND FIREBALLS: A daylight fireball over Texas on Sunday, Feb. 15th,

video of the event and concluded that the object was more likely a natural
meteoroid about one meter wide traveling more than 20 km/s--much faster than
orbital debris. Meteoroids hit Earth every day, and the Texas fireball was
 apparently one of them.

There's more: On Friday, Feb. 13th, people in central Kentucky heard loud
booms, felt their houses shake, and saw a fireball streaking through the
sky. This occurred scant hours after another fireball at least 10 times
brighter than a full Moon lit up the sky over Italy. Although it is
tempting to attribute these events to debris from the Feb. 10th collision of
the Iridium 33 and Kosmos 2251 satellites, the Kentucky and Italy fireballs
also seem to be meteoroids, not manmade objects. Italian scientists are
studying the ground track of their fireball, which was recorded by multiple
cameras, and they will soon begin to hunt for meteorites.

Hi, Renee,Well, I did`t give my kids CS `cause they were grown and gone by
the time I found out about it! (They use it now for their own kids!) But as
CS is easily excreted, I don`t think giving them the amount I take would
prove a problem. (Been taking it for 11 years now, 12 come May, I`m still
pink as a piggy. I make my own.)
I take one swallow of CS, which is 1/3 cup, every 3-4 days or so as a
preventive. But as kids are exposed far more often than I am, (I`m a stay at
home disabled grandma) they can have theirs every other day, and each day
during the bad cold season, or if exposed to a sick person.
When I feel something coming on, I`ll take 3 swallows or more a day, until I
feel better. I don`t get colds anymore, used to get one every six months or
so, until I stopped using batteries! I use a wall plug in thingy now, so I
don`t have batteries going dead on me.

I have a friend that has 5 small kids and wants to start trying CS for
cold and flu prevention after hearing me talk so much about it. BUT--as I
don't have kids I am not sure at all about the amount she should give to the
kids. They range from 1 year old up to 12.

So--can someone help me with this? I know all the archives from the list
are gone, so I am not sure where to go to research this myself. I'd rather
have personal experience info than reading from some web site selling CS
that has to monitor what they say because of the FDA.

My son (31, married, 2 kids) has found that one caffeine tablet knocks his
moods right out! He never takes any coffee, tea or colas, so it really does
some good. His lithium never worked very well.Hope this helps.

Someone I know has started dating a girl with bipolar disorder. Does
anyone know of anything natural or holistic that might help or cure?

 Thanks,
