You can certainly try uninstalling and reinstalling FF. I "think" FF
will automatically move your booksmarks to the new installation - but
just to be safe... use FF's "import and backup" feature to backup the

you've got windows set to shut off the monitor after a specific period
of time. Check in Control Panel, Power Options. If nothing in the
settings will fix it, I'm thinking that maybe your Compaq monitor has

Got the emachine monitor working I forgot to go into display settings and
connect to external display The Compaq turns on but won't stay on. I have
switched out the connecting cord from the emachine and it still goes off. Any

You might want to look at this app (Mail Store) which claims to offer a
simple way to archive large amounts of email. It claims to be free -
I've never used this program, but other posters seem to like it. You
could maybe archive a lot of your oldest mails, getting them out of the
Tbird folde

Can't do anything about it tonight, but probably tomorrow. I faintly
remember, when I first started with Tbird, that there was a program that
would automatically convert the emails in a fold
