I googled mashed potato fudge, and I found a ton of recipes. This one sounds

Powdered sugar comes in one pound boxes or in two pound bags. It's cheaper in
the bags, I think. I use butter instead of margarine. It does seem a lot, but
this recipe makes a large batch of fudge. It frills a 9x13 pan. I also like
to toast the nuts.

1.Pour 1/2 cup of boiling water into a blender.
2.Add 1 cup of nonfat dry milk.
3.Add 2/3 cup sugar.
4.Add 3 tablespoons of melted butter.
5.Add a few drops of vanilla.
6.Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until

1 Cup plus 2 Tbls. powdered milk
Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling.
Cook until thick, this will take 15 to 20
minutes. This equals one can.

Chocolate Pecan Chewies
5 dozen cookies
1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla extract
60 pecan halves (optional)
Combine condensed milk, chocolate chips and butter in a heavy
saucepan.
No, not yet; but I plan to. I won't be freezing any. grin.
